Nice place to stay. gets you awat from the spring break crowds. even though it was right off the road you could barely hear the traffic. Lindsay had great communication and was willing to help to make our trip better! I liked that she asked us to let her know if anything needed to be fixed they were willing to fix it if we need!

When we got there it was so hot outside but when we got in the place was so nice and cool. Don had turned the air-conditioning on for us. He was very reponsive with anything we needed. Would stay again. We were very relaxed the whole time we were there

We had a really nice time at Melody’s house! It was super clean, and she even dropped off a hair dryer in the rain bc the bath was missing one! Excellent response time, and very caring host! Thank you!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Location was quiet and close to everything. The house was well-stocked with all that we needed. Decor was perfect mix of beachy and fun. AC units worked great. We would stay again!

My mom's family comes to Rockport every year for a family reunion. Devin’s condo was the perfect place for my mom and I!

Great place to stay when in the Rockport/Port Aransas area! Location is great, close to the bay for some good fishing and only an hour from Port A. We would definitely stay here again when in the area, and also loved how pet friendly the place was!!

my Husband and I . we had a great glamping expireience was our first trip to Rock Port and our first stay at an RV and we loved it! The place is beautiful we enjoyed the amenities pool time. close to all restaurants, sites to see and the beach. we really enjoyed what Rock port has to offer we defenetly recommend Chad's place . he was always prompt to respond to our texts and is place is super cute decorated inside and out and really clean and had all the necessities we needed and more . Beautiful view of pond and lots of birds to watch while we were outside. it's an amazing place . we will be back .

Great space for a family of 6 adults and 2 kids. Family with kids downstairs allowed privacy and upstairs we enjoyed the extra balcony! Beautiful space right on the water, comfy couches, and overall clean when we walked in. The host was very quick to respond and accommodating when I had questions or concerns. There is no fishing net, so bring your own! We missed a pretty big flounder for not being prepared, but still caught some drum and little reds. Loved being able to fish right off the dock. Only suggestions I have is to add some extra chairs at the dining table because some are missing and the door lock makes a loud noise if you leave it open for too long. Locks on the bedroom doors would allow for more privacy. One cabinet in the kitchen doesn’t close all the way but not a big deal! I would stay again!

This a fantastic, private place right on the Estes Flats. There's ample parking right at the door, and an easy place to launch a kayak a short distance away. The bed was soft and comfortable, the refrigerator was cold, and the place was very clean. I enjoyed my stay here and look forward to returning for future fishing trips.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is in a quiet neighborhood, which made it super relaxing after being out all day. The beds and couch were really comfy, and check-in was super easy. I loved the calming blue tones throughout the space perfect for unwinding. Arron and Kelley were great and quick to respond whenever we had questions. The only thing I’d change is the driveway it’s pretty small, and it was tricky parking our full-size truck. Other than that, everything was great!

The home was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and will go back if the opportunity arises.

This was the cutest little cottage. Perfect for our trip. The Coffee bar was so adorable and convenient. Pillows and beds were comfortable.

This place was so cute and so easy! Every light switch was labeled (small detail, but so helpful), check in and check out instructions were easy. This place was so cute and comfy. Loved it!

This Cabin was excellent and smelled very clean the second you walk through the front door, Very quiet and Cold AC , Good blowing ceiling fans. Clear, Sharp color, Very Large LG TV, Kitchen has everything you need, Comfortable soft bed, Water pressure in the shower was pretty low, unfortunately. Large Washer and dryer next door. Overall, it definitely deserves a 5 star review! Thank you Clayton for being very attentive during my week stay in Rockport!

The place is very well decorated, extremely well appointed (you'll feel right at home, except at the beach!). The bathroom is hotel-like, with everything you might need neatly laid out. They even provide laundry detergent! It's far enough out that you feel like you have some privacy, but everything is a 10 minute drive or less. Jade & Gabby are very responsive should you need anything. I highly recommend staying here! Thanks guys, I very much enjoyed my stay!

This is a great place to stay!! My husband and I de use to getaway from the city at the very last minute during the weekend and we lived the whole experience of feeling right at home while at the beach!! Thank you Chris!

We arrived it was a secluded area did pass it for a second but we found it. I did have to message to get the code to be able to check in for the day. He was very responsive, communicative, and always got back to me. The only problem we had is the bedroom, felt very warmer than the rest of the house other than that it was stocked with pots and pans, silverware plates, and had a full refrigerator for you to bring your food to stock.

Loved our stay here! It was so cozy and beautiful view every morning. The hosts were so friendly providing recommendations and helpful tips. T’s kitchen is a couple minutes away and the best Pho I’ve had in Texas. Would for sure stay here again!
