Holiday houses in Hole Municipality

Just arrived home to Ireland after 10 days spent in the infinity panorama cabin. What a wonderful experience. We travelled as a family group of 6, all adults, ranging in age from 21 to 76. We have travelled much and this cabin was easily up there with the nicest accomodation we have stayed in. The location is remote making it peaceful and serene, so much so that we found ourselves not wanting to leave! However it is only 1 hour drive into the centre of Oslo so lots to do once you have carsZ Locally, there is a beautiful indian restaurant in Vikersund which is 30 mins away where there is also a great supermarket. The cabin itself is uttely breathtaking. The location and views are exceptional. The facilites are perfect with the best of everything provided. The beds are excellent. Hosts are exceptionally friendly and obliging. Only one thing that we felt would have made it better and that was a 2nd toilet. One of our favourite holidays ever, enjoyed lighting the fire pit in the evenings.

The bnb from Sveinung is just amazing. When you step outside you have a breathtaking view across the lake. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you'll need and the living room is nice and cosy. When you arrive to the airbnb the warm welcome of the two cats is a nice bonus aswell :)!

Have I stayed at a better Airbnb? Maybe. Have I met better hosts? No chance—even in my wildest dreams! Nils and his partner Mette (sorry if I misspelled!) are the kindest, most helpful people I’ve met while traveling. The place itself is beautiful. You wake up to a stunning lake view right outside your window—like a dream. The Norwegian-style toilet is close to the cottage, and the full private toilet/bathroom with hot water is just a short walk away. Everything is super clean and has everything you need. But the real magic? The hosts. If you need anything, just ask—they will try their best to help. I can guarantee that! We even got four fresh farm eggs from them. We were lovely guests—and if you’re lovely too, maybe you’ll get some as well! P.S. I shared photos and videos on my Insta @desi@wandurlust — check posts tagged #LasKvegas.

The views from the cabin were amazing, and luckily we had good weather to make use of the fjord. Nicole as a host was very helpful and welcoming, we will likely come visit again in the future!

Was für ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Von der ersten Minute an war alles absolut perfekt. Das Haus war blitzsauber, super gepflegt und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht ist einfach unglaublich – ein echtes Postkartenpanorama, bei dem man stundenlang einfach nur aus dem Fenster schauen möchte. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an die Gastgeber Morten und Brit: ultra herzlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Man merkt, wie sehr ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Kommunikation war schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert – so wünscht man sich das. Die Lage ist ruhig und idyllisch, aber gleichzeitig in praktischer Nähe zu Oslo – perfekt für alle, die Erholung mit etwas Stadtnähe verbinden wollen. Alles war genau so (oder besser!) wie beschrieben. Fazit: 100 von 10 Punkten! Wir wären am liebsten noch viel länger geblieben und kommen definitiv wieder. Wer hier bucht, macht alles richtig!

We had a wonderful three-day Easter stay at this lovely house. It is brand new and features excellent design both inside and out. The view from the house and the property is simply stunning, especially considering it’s just an hour from Oslo. We were very pleased with our stay. Floris is a great and responsive host! Thank you :))

We had a great, relaxing time at Ulriks Cabin. The nature around is beautiful and you can really calm down from the stressful city life there.
