The site is in a very quiet rural neighborhood less than 15 minutes from the center of Águas de Lindoia. With a strategic location to explore several tourist attractions in neighboring cities such as Socorro, Monte Siao and Serra Negra. The space features a large barbecue area, orchard, two lakes for fishing, a swing and a hiking area.

The house offers different experiences throughout the seasons. In the winter, you can enjoy the wood stove for cooking and heating the balcony when friends gather. With breathtaking nature, it is the ideal place to have unforgettable moments. We had a kitten in the house, but we took it to Serra Negra, so disregard the positive and negative comments directed at it... The house has a heated swimming pool, which is very warm in the morning. I leave sheets on the beds, bedspreads, and white towels so you don't have to bring them and so you receive them in the best way. Everything to make it a perfect and pleasant stay.
