The refuge

The listing is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Solwaster. Easy access thanks to its private parking, come and relax in an old 1800 farmhouse. The premises have been completely redone to offer you all the amenities necessary for a wonderful stay. In summer☀️, you can enjoy your fully private and fenced outdoor area and watch a movie by the fireplace 🔥 in winter. At the shelter, everyone is welcome, so don't hesitate to bring your furry friends! 🐶

Studio apartment located in Balmoral (just above the town of Spa) with huge windows to admire the view. Equipped with a brand new quality bed (queen size), a fitted kitchen, chairs, table, a bathroom, etc. It has a separate entrance, the guests can enjoy the privacy and relax. Located in a quite street, just 2km away from the city center, near the Thermes of Spa, close to the golf and the forest. The Spa-Francopchamps circuit is just 15min away by car (12km).

Ready to go? The Roulotte des Sirènes invites you to a stationary journey in a gypsy universe. It includes a living area with a double bed, electric heating, a small fridge and kettle. Located near the restaurant "Le Chalet Suisse" in Balmoral on the heights of Spa (3 km), the trailer will be the ideal starting point, beautiful walks, relaxation at the thermal baths (2 km), a game of golf (500 m) or visit the famous Spa-Francorchamps circuit.

Have the privilege of staying in our cottage without neighbors in the heart of the countryside in a quiet setting and in a warm atmosphere, ideal for recharging your batteries. A pond is present and can be crossed with a pedal boat in summer. It is essential to come with a vehicle equipped with snow tires in case of snow. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.
