This is a house on the shore of Lake Otsuka Park in Shin-Mizuto Hakkei. It started in July 2021. You can have a relaxing chat with friends and family, or shut out the busy everyday life and spend time looking at the pond. Self check-in and check-out. We're renovating, but The building is old and located in nature, so please refrain from booking if you are nervous. We have two single and semi-double beds from Simmons, which were used in the 1970s chandeliers and luxury hotels. The Japanese-style room can accommodate up to 3 people. Otsukaike Park has a 2.6 km path that is perfect for walking pets and running, and the Sakura Square, wooden bridges, playground equipment, fishing, and picnics make it a great place for people to relax. It is one of the leading swan migratory spots in the Kanto region, and in winter, many swans rest their wings, and it is a very beautiful pond surrounded by magnificent trees such as Japanese red pines. There is a supermarket, "Gokuraku-yu", nearby. We have electric stoves and kerosene stoves available. A villa located on a site of about 1500 tsubo near the mouth of Nakagawa River in Hitachinaka City, Ibaraki Prefecture. You can spend a relaxing time watching the sunset over Mt. Tsukuba and yachts while feeling the comfortable breeze from the sea on the large deck terrace. Pajamas, winter coats, and other amenities are also provided. For active people, there is a great location within 20 minutes by car, such as Aquaworld Ibaraki Prefecture Oarai Aquarium, Oarai Sun Beach, Oarai Golf Club, and Hitachi Seaside Park. I recommend the fresh seafood BBQ from the Osakana fish market. There is also a golf course (90-yard short course) on the premises, perfect for golf lovers. This is a special building designed as an architect's home, and when you go up the stairs at the entrance, you will have an excellent view from the second floor. The 15-tatami living room, which connects to the dining kitchen and bedroom, is spacious and ideal for parties. The new room "KADO" has also been completed since spring 2024! You can enjoy the garden and Otsuka Pond more, and there is a semi-double bed. This is an old house in the rural area of Yucheng City, Ibaraki Prefecture. You can relax in the Japanese-style room. We welcome both solo travelers and families with children. Also, since the host may go out for a short time to pick up and drop off children, we would appreciate it if you could let us know your check-in time by the day before in a message after booking, as it is only a general guideline. Our house was renovated recently. 13 - 15 mins to Oarai station by walk. We also have several bicycles for visitors. You can use them for free. Since we don't live in this house currently, you can use entire home, and all rooms in the house. Please ask us about the price and room available, if you are interested.
