Niseko Yumoto Onsen "Oyunuma" Sulfur Spring This hot spring has been used since ancient times for "Yujin", a treatment method to improve illness and physical condition. It is located in the quiet mountains of "Oku-Niseko" in Rango-machi, about 600 meters above sea level, away from HIRAFU. It is located in a national park and you can see "Chisenupuri" right in front of you. Mountain climbing and hiking in the green season In winter, it is a hidden spot for those who enjoy back country skiing and snowboarding. We built and designed it ourselves because we wanted to stay in a hot spring inn like this. I hope you can experience the unique calm living space and coziness of a Japanese house. There are no restaurants, convenience stores, or supermarkets nearby so you will need a car to get around. * We do not provide pick-up or drop-off services. The building is exclusively for guests on the right and the host's home office on the left, with an independent private design and soundproof walls inside.

Luxury villa in Niseko Hanazono w/Delica in Winter

Set on 1600 m² of land, Setsuin is beautifully located in the North Hills area of Hanazono. The house opens onto a creek and a forest, private from the neighbours. The other side faces the East Ridge of Mt. Annupuri, so popular for back country riding. The Hanazono Resort is just a few minutes away by car, or 10-15 minutes on foot. During the summer you can enjoy BBQ in the garden terrace and the golf course is just minutes away. A complimentary Delica car is provided during the winter season.

Ideal for winter sports enthusiasts, it’s close to multiple ski resorts. The house accommodates up to 6 guests, perfect for families or friends. Pets are not allowed. A 30,000 yen cleaning fee applies if pets are found, and any damages will incur repair costs. Enjoy a memorable stay in Niseko.

Relaxing house by Lake Toya

The house is located in a quiet natural setting, about 30 seconds from the shores of Lake Toya. It has a spacious living/dining room, two bedrooms, and a Japanese-style room that can accommodate up to 7 people. It is about a 10-minute drive from Toya Onsen Hot Spring Resort and Toya Station. There are no restaurants or stores around. Reservations are generally accepted up to six months in advance, but guests wishing to stay for one week or longer will be given priority.

There are more than 10 kinds of good quality tea leaves in the kitchen. Nespresso coffee and machine as well. In the early morning, You probably can see wild animals ( mostly deers ) from the window. * Outdoor BBQ is not allowed.
