A well appointed 3 bedroom home. Quiet location. Suitable for 4 guests. There is a veranda and good size back yard. A secure and spacious remote access garage with internal access. Close to town, 1km from The Armidale School, walking distance to NERAM and 10 minutes from UNE. Black Gully Reserve is a block away where you can find wonderful bird life and a relaxing walk alongside the lake. This is NOT a party venue.

Cute and comfortable place to stay at. Having your own kitchen appliances and a fridge in the front room was very handy. Bathroom was very clean and bed super comfy and warm. Plenty of heating for those cold winter nights. Didnt meet Karren but she left us some honey at the front door when asked for some! Would definitely stay there again when visiting Armidale.

The cutest decor, curated so thoughtfully in every crack & corner of the home. The perfect winter getaway nestled in the bellingen forest… what a special place! Tip: We recommend getting your bits & pieces in town before heading out there as back & forthing to and fro from town can feel a little tiresome if you’ve travelled a few hours to get there! We spent a week in Armidale staying at Terri’s place. It was beautifully comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. There were lots of little extras and Terri was super attentive to our needs and went over and above in all aspects of communication and hospitality. The accommodation was thoughtfully decorated and the bed luxuriously styled. There is an IGA close by for convenience and lots to do in and around Armidale. The information Terri provided gave us a great start to our sight seeing. We highly recommend.

wow! where do I start. the serenity? the amazing views? the super clean well equipped cottage? the friendly thoughtful host? we loved everything about Sam's place, from the cosy fireplace to the sun-filled deck, the well maintained walking trails, secure yard for our pooch, comfy bed, ....the goats! We are already planning to return next year.

Sam and the band thoroughly enjoyed staying at Douglas' house. Clean, tidy, welcoming and neat. Douglas was friendly, warm, and excellent to communicate with and he ensured the band had their privacy and everything they needed. The cafe next door was a real bonus!
