Welcome to my duplex I have named Warm and Friendly. The bedroom upstairs has a king bed, and the larger room downstairs also has a king bed. There is a bonus room I call the nook in the basement and it has a queen bed. The kitchen has full sized appliances with a table that will seat 4. I have an extra mattress for a person 5'6" and shorter, and lots of pillows and blankets. The loveseat in living room has a pull-out bed for a smaller person.
