Quiet top floor flat, five minutes from the Metro. Very convenient for the Universities and just a short walk from Wylam Brewery.🍻 No cleaning fee, free parking. Not suitable for children or for people who make a lot of noise. Definitely no parties. Please respect the other people who live in this building - especially at night! Both bedrooms are situated on the first floor of the property to make for a quiet and peaceful nights sleep. It is a real home from home. The location is very accessible for main roads to visit the coast and Newcastle upon Tyne. The house is also situated right by Longbenton Metro station.

The number 1 bus stop is right outside and leaves every 10 mins making it really easy to get to town.
