The back pod

AmandaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Marie is an excellent host, the pod is fantastic and has everything you need and more, really well thought out. It’s in a beautiful location, Marie even leaves dog bags if you bring a dog. If you go over to the Isle of Harris i highly recommend staying at Marie’s. Thank you for a wonderful stay 👍

Air nam Fiadh

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ann’s place—five stars all around! Ann went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even making sure the couch bed was all set up for our two children since we were arriving later in the evening. We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome provisions—fresh local meats, breads, desserts and milk—all absolutely delicious. Both the main bed and the couch bed were incredibly comfortable, with warm, cozy linens that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and clean-up was quick and easy. Instructions for using the house and checking in and out were clear and straightforward, making the whole experience stress-free. Ann was extremely accommodating, and the little cabin is perched higher up in a peaceful, scenic spot surrounded by lovely pastures. The kids and I especially enjoyed watching the sheep in the nearby fields. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Coll Back Guest House

The flat is extremely clean with very nice furniture - everything you need is there. We were three adults and had lots of space for us. Also there are books with helpful ideas for sightseeing and hiking. Dawn is a very awesome person, always reachable for questions in a completely helpful manner. Felt like family. The accomodation is quite near to Stornoway (with car) and a good starting point for exploring Lewis. Highly recommended!

South Dell Pod Isle of Lewis

We had a lovely stay here. The pod was perfect - a lovely quiet location with a great view over the fields to the sea. My wife loved the chance to feed to lambs. Excellent location for getting away from everything but being able to travel around the Island. Highly recommended.

Cozy little pod with everything you would need, mattresses could have been a little firmer after long days of travelling. Shower was good size and had hot water with a nice towel warming rack. It was nice and cozy even with the rain! Thanks for having us !

Great cabin in a lovely location. Perched on a ridge overlooking the loch, it’s the perfect place to reflect and watch nature unfold infinity of you. The cabin is well equipped and comfortable - we really enjoyed our 3 nights.

Fivepenny Pod

JaneRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We stayed at The Fivepenny Pod for 10 days in June and had the most wonderful, relaxing holiday ever. The accomodation surpassed our expectations. It had everything you could possibly require. The kitchen is very well kitted out. Thinking of buying an airfrier! It was so handy.Lots of basic supplies in house to get started though we brought shopping with us. The tv had lots of channels, was easy to use and comfortable couches. Pod was much larger than I expected. We had the best sleep ever on comfortable beds. Could hear a pin drop its so peaceful. The shower is powerful and the water doesnt take long to heat up between showers. Loved watching the sheep , horses and birds in the surrounding fields and went to all the beaches in the area. The wee art gallery, wee chapel and archive / museum centre all worth a visit. We had a couple of really tasty meals at The Breakwater cafe. Calum was a fantastic host, was available for any questions and also didnt bother us. Can't wait to return.
