Residential quiet park side, good lighting, convenient location, convenient life, cheap big supermarket and Don Quijote Convenient to check in, good bed, spacious, overall a very good place to stay

Koyako’s place is really beautiful and very large for 2 of us. Koyako is a wonderful host as she always proactively communicates with me and offers help in every requests. She even offered to send me back my belonging that I’ve forgotten and left at the room. Very big bathroom with a large Bath tub makes it a bonus. Very private as you got the whole floor to yourself. Close to the train station and many places to eat. I’ll definitely go back and stay at Koyako’s place when I’ll be in Osaka again.

This was our favourite stay in Japan. The flat made sense, was spacious and clean and in a great location. Our hosts were responsive and accommodating to a specific request I made.

Overall, it's great, the location is great, it's one stop away from Nanba, downstairs is the subway entrance, there are 711, Lawson and other convenience stores around, there is a big supermarket, it's also close to Yongwang, it's suitable for traveling with children!

Within walking distance of Uji Station, it is in a quiet and calm place along the river, and I was very soothed from the moment I arrived😌 The interior was also tasteful, and it was a really ideal space to relax with friends! Before check-in, I happened to meet the owner and asked about the insects I saw nearby (apparently called "Tobikera"), and they said that they are unique to the nature-rich area and only appear for a short period in spring and autumn. We had nothing to worry about during our stay, and the interior was very clean and comfortable.Even my friend who doesn't like insects could relax👌 The communication was polite and the response was quick, and I felt the high level of hospitality. It is a lovely inn that makes you want to visit again in a different season!

We have a large group of six people and are very satisfied with the experience here. Everything matches the pictures and is kept in great conditions. Would definitely recommend.

The building is also beautiful and close to the station, making it convenient!If there was only one problem, it was that the towels left were only bath towels and there were no face towels.

Asaki was very helpful and friendly. The place was bigger than we thought and very nice. The location is convenient to go to Osaka or Kyoto. One thing to note is that there wasn’t many good restaurants nearby so we would just take the train to the next town :)

Toshi san is really a nice and caring host. He is so friendly, helpful and responsive. He will just assist in anything he could within minutes. Super fast response from him any time even late at night. His place is sparkling clean at every corner. As he has mentioned, it is a small room which might be crowded for some people, but it is a well-equipped, quiet room which is more than enough for my family. I really feel glad that I've chosen the right place for my stay and the price is so much lower than other places and it is so worthy. It's just right beside the station and so convenient to many places with minimum walk and train transfer. Eatery, shopping, are all available around. Toshi san is the first ever host I met who is so friendly. He sent lots of warm and caring messages even after I reached home. Thank you, Toshi san🙇‍♀️🥰🌷 I'd definitely come back to his place whenever I come to Osaka again. This place is highly recommended to all who fit and suit as described on his page.

This was a tidy, pleasant apartment in a central area of Osaka close to transport, shopping, and popular destinations. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom and toiletry supplies were useful, so we did not feel like anything was missing. The bed was very comfortable too. Overall, we had a wonderful stay with all the conveniences we needed and no problems at all with checking in or out. The owner provided all the information needed to ensure we could find the apartment easily and she had great communication throughout the whole process.

Masahito and the Kita House team were extremely hospitable from even before the trip and even took the effort to reach out to see how they could help us make our stay even more comfortable. The house was also clean and well-organised, making our stay here memorable. It’s close to the train stations and many izakayas so no worries about finding food!

Great stay in great location. close to lots of nightlife and eating options. Google maps was a bit of a pain locating the place but instructions were clear so no fault of host. apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

We had a great stay in Osaka! The apartment was about a 15 minute walk to Dotonbori with lots to do on the way. Namba station was a close walk as well, although very busy to navigate with luggage. The apartment felt spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. We liked the space felt we had enough room. The only thing that was challenging was getting ready as there was no full length mirror. Overall it was a great space and we’d definitely come back!

Super host! Recommend to stay when looking for a calm and nice place. Close to the station everything is near you, restaurants and markets! The host is very friendly and responsive. I Would definitely recommend the stay!

The location of this listing is very good, just a few steps from Nihonbashi subway station, downstairs is a convenience store, and there is a delicious 24-hour restaurant Yayoi Ken, it is very convenient to walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, and it is only 10 minutes to walk to Namba station.The room is quite spacious, the bathroom is clean and well equipped, and there is a large balcony, overall very good!The only downside is that it's on the street, it's really a bit noisy, so it's a prudent choice for those who are prone to insomnia. It's okay for our family.

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing 2-wk stay at Xiaoyang’s apartment. The apartment was well appointed and very clean, with washing machine, dish drain (a surprising number of places don’t supply one!), and space to spread out and relax. Although there were plenty of guests in the other units in the building, the apartment itself was well insulated and very quiet. The one minor difficulty we had was safely navigating the 12 min walk down the narrow and busy (with cars, bicycles, and lots of tourists) streets to the Nippombashi Metro station.
