Hi, I'm honored that you're viewing my listing. The house is located near Tsuruhashi, a single-family three-story house. Quiet and relaxing surroundings, good security management, convenient transportation, 600 meters from Tsuruhashi Station; 620 meters from Osaka Loop Line, Kintetsu Nara Line, etc., 8 minutes on foot. This listing is a year-long renovation of an old house with my designer friend. There were many twists and turns along the way, and the style chosen is a combination of Japanese and modern, that is, to meet the needs of contemporary fully equipped facilities. It also allows everyone to experience the local Japanese lifestyle. Due to Japan's land scarcity and compactness. Most houses have some light blocked by neighbors. The three bedrooms near the balcony have relatively good lighting. Of course, there is more room for people who like to sleep in. Also, when installing fire-fighting equipment, the worker accidentally spilled paint on the stairs. We tried our best to clean it up, but it was a shame.
