When we found this house in the Balatonfelvidék, we knew that we would not only renovate it for ourselves, but also for others to enjoy the large garden, comfortable, well-equipped apartments, views, or simply village tranquility. Surrounding hillsides covered in grapes, forests, and meadows encourage biking, the proximity of Lake Balaton attracts bathing, sunbathing, and a rich selection of surrounding restaurants and local wineries guarantee a relaxation at the end of the day.

The guest house is a stylish, new unique design home in an environment where we can focus a little on ourselves, the wonders of nature and our inner peace. The house is fully equipped with air conditioning and electric heating. The gallery has a double bed in the living room and a sofa bed. Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy a spcious tarrace and a large garden. There is one queen size bed a comfy sofa bed. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

In the vicinity of the Káli Basin, in the Nivegy Valley, Szentjakabfa, we offer a guesthouse ready for rent in 2021. The Oven House is located in the Almond Garden of Szentjakabfa, where 2 more guest houses are hosted. The house has its own garden, terraces and a grill oven. The guesthouse also has a covered driveway. A 15x4.5 meter salt water pool is also available for guests of the Almond Garden. Almond Garden is dedicated to those who love peace and quiet.
