Cottage under our house with a small kitchen bedroom and bathroom. It is a self catering unit with bar fridge, micro wave oven and 2 plate stove with oven and kitchen cutlery and utensils. We have 2 small dogs a Yorkie and Jack Russell. There is a braai facility and a large swimming pool. Tv and wifi available. House is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden and is quiet and peaceful. We are about 1000 metres from nearest beach. Open parking facility available. Infants and children allowed.

We had a wonderful stay at Carinya Cottage. David and Heather are excellent hosts and made us feel right at home. They are very helpful and accommodative in our needs. We were a group of 12 people but the house is spacious enough to comfortable enjoy. It had all the needed amenities and more which made it extra special. The area is peaceful, surrounded with beautiful nature and Kidds beach was a winner. Thank you Heather and David for the enjoyable stay! We hope to visit again.

We had an AMAZING stay. The house is massive and so well appointed. There were 14 of us and not once did any of us feel like we were on top of each other. There is so much space and so many different things to do which really made it a calm and relaxing weekend for everyone. Thandeka is wonderful and she made our stay extra special. The Beach House was everything I hoped it to be. Spacious enough for a comfortable family gathering for a special occasion! The sunrise view from the Beach House on a clear morning is something dreams are made of and out of a picture book. The dolphins put on a show on the last day which then meant all the boxes for this holiday were ticked! The pool and lapa in a protected area an added alternative and bonus. Thank you for a dream week away... I hope to be back again in the future!

What a great experience. If you're an early riser who enjoys a good sunrise, set your alarm clock and make your way out of bed to the balcony. I promise it's worth it. Among the best sunrises I've watched and filmed! AND, an absolute bonus on our final early morning on the balcony... Dolphins surfing in the waves, whales coming up for air, and even potential shark breaches in the background! Plus I must mention the wealth of nature sounds and bird life in view. Between Jared and Erika, they did a great job hosting us. Definitely visiting again in the near future.
