We had a wonderful time at Terilynn's home. The home is well kept and clean. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful. I wish my garden at home looked so good! Our hosts were very welcoming and informative, we enjoyed our interactions with them. We hope to visit the UP again soon and will definitely want to stay here again.

Phil was an amazing host! Definitely recommend his place, peaceful and quiet cabin on the water, Phil was helpful and responsive if we needed anything. Definitely recommend! !

This house is in the perfect location to get into town as well as driving to the local hiking trail and tours! The house has a slight smoke smell if you're sensitive to that sort of thing, but it was certainly tolerable. Host was very helpful with all questions that I had and we had a great stay!

Very nice accommodations in a quiet setting right on the river. The home is quite new and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable 4 night visit. It felt just like home, looking forward to our next stay.

My family (including our dog) stayed at the Gladstone Getaway for 8 days. The location was fantastic. My daughter enjoyed that there were so many shops within walking distance. The house was very spacious and felt like home. Sally and Chuck were helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay here again.

We booked this stay last minute and we were sure we weren’t gonna find anything other than a simple motel. Well thanks to the universe providing this space open for the two nights we needed we had a beautiful, quaint and cozy space to stay during an emotional family time! I had to do some meal prep for a family event in the kitchen and it had everything needed. The bedroom was like a cozy cave and we slept the best we possibly could have on the tail end of our 2 week vacation (lots of camping. Thank you cozy bed). We didn’t use the guest bedroom, but it was clean and super cozy as well. The bathroom although small, had everything we needed. The water was “tricky” (minimally) at first but there was great pressure and temperature in sinks and showers! I personally liked that it was off and outside of the busier city but still 10 minutes to anywhere needed. All in all 10/10 and a gold star recommendation for this beautiful spot!

Great place! We stayed for a snowmobile trip and the cabin is easy to reach the trails from. Super clean cabin and lots of parking for trucks & trailers. We will be back.

Just a beautiful location! Kyak right out into lake superior, do a little fishing, 30 minutes to miners falls (fantastic), 50 minutes to Chapel falls (stunning hike!), 25 minutes to Marqutte which is just a lovely little town with shops, bakeries (Baby Cakes recommended), and some lovely hiking around Presque Island Park. What more could you ask for? Played a round at NMU golf course (if that's your thing), and it was beautiful. The pool table, dart board, and wet bar were much appreciated on some of the rainy days. And I never thought I would appreciate the sauna, but what a relaxing treat! We even had a family of geese with their little babies in the yard that we got to know over the week. Oh, and Muldoons Pasties in Munising is 100% worth a stop, 10/10! Again, this place was awesome. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and make some great memories! Just make sure to bring some bug spray, those UP bugs can be something fierce!

My husband and I totally enjoyed our time at the Love Shack! The host provided clear and precise instructions on preparing for this off-the grid opportunity. The great news, we had a heater that let us warm for the November weather. Plus, the bed was super comfy! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time staying here- great cabin, plenty of space, and we felt right at home. The woods and surroundings were peaceful, great to explore, and it was very fun to enjoy all the birds and wildlife. We hope to stay here again sometime next Summer! Thanks for having us.

First of all the location is just mind blowing. So quite and so private. Access to almost private beach. The cottage was cozy and had all the basic amenities that one would need for a small vacation with family. Whatever query we had Alec always responded within a few minutes. Was very happy with this stay. The only thing i would point out is that the exterior of the place needs a little cleaning and maintenance and i wish the kitchen had a little more utensils but thats about it. The lake is right across the street but not the best spot for bathing as its full of stones and too shallow but still beautiful to just sit and relax.

Stunning views- very comfortable and spacious. It was early season when we stayed and we had almost the entire motel property to ourselves. You can’t get a better location- right on the lake with plenty of outdoor seating- the pics really don’t do it justice. We had a great stay and will absolutely stay again

We loves our stay! The home is SO cute. And every detail was considered to make the home dog friendly. I love the proactive communication from Jacky to make sure we were taken care of at every turn. This home is the perfect quaint cottage... and feela JUST at home! We loved EVERY minute of our stay. The lake views were also incredible!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Beaver Tales! The cottage is a peaceful hideaway with incredible views. The home was clean, well-stocked, and had plenty of space for 2 adults, 3 kids under 10, and our small dog. The beach right in front is a mix of rocks and sand as the host described, but with water shoes the swimming was great and we spent hours rock hunting. The drop off is very gradual, perfect for the kids. The water was crystal clear most of the time but can get churned up depending on the wind and waves. There are also perfect sandy beaches within a 5-minute drive in either direction. Elizabeth was very responsive and flexible, and it was a wonderful experience all around. This was our first visit to the island and we'll certainly be back!

Great place for a family. We came here in February so didn’t get to use the pool but the view was beautiful and the house was warm and cozy.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! My new husband, our dog and I came here for our mini moon/ escape after our wedding and exactly what we needed with such a beautiful view. We really appreciated having all of the property questions answered before even needing it such as how to work the sauna and how to actually find the property. We fully plan on coming back here for anniversary’s. 😊

Super comfortable, nice place to stay, we had to leave early for an emergency and Jerry was super understanding about it. He is a great host and the house is adorable!

It was exactly as advertised. It was very comfortable. It was close to town. It was stocked well with kitchen items. I would definitely stay here again and I would definitely recommend it!

This cabin is very nice! Location is peaceful with no one around. It was great to bring our dog and have a big space he could run around outside. It was great having the hot tub to relax in! Had tons of amenities/kitchen items and anything you may need for the stay. We will definitely be back!

Cabin was just as described! Loved the rocking chairs in the sunroom and the hot tub was amazing! Although we didn’t utilize it, the convenience of firewood available for sale on the property was a great touch!

We had a great time had the Tiny Log Cabin, close enough to a lot of sightseeing, and easy to find. Great space. The Hot Tub was great with the cooler weather we had.

We were in the area for a little mountain biking and hiking. Finishing the day and coming back to the apartment was so nice! The jacuzzi was amazing! Biggest thing for us was that Travis was absolutely fantastic--friendly, helpful, responsive, and clearly a high-quality human. Really glad we got to meet him, he'll be our new go-to when going to Negaunee!!
