The Cahill- Magnolia Brewery House c 1894

Built in 1894, this completely restored, one-bedroom home boasts 12' ceilings, original bead-board panelling and a huge bathroom. Relax in the clawfoot tub or cook up a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The huge, fenced in backyard is a great place to hang out and have a barbecue on the provided grill. End the day in the comfy king size bed and any extra guests can use the futon or air mattress in the living room. Only 4 blocks from the Silos and right across I-35 from Baylor.

With a 2-5 minute walk you can get some of the best coffee, healthy breakfast & lunch, and cocktails in town. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in. Lovely, newly-updated, open space on the outskirts of Waco. Our home is about 1500 square ft and was completed in 2017. It is located just 7 minutes away from Magnolia and countless boutiques and restaurants. We also allow pets. We charge a $10/day fee per animal. You will have the whole space to yourself. This is our home when we are in Waco so please be mindful of any belongings that we keep in the house.
