Romantic fishing lodge Kozlov

Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

Newly built 2+kk apartment in a quiet part of the city with a terrace, wifi, parking and lockable bike room. The accommodation is only a 20-minute walk to the city center. Maximum capacity 4 people. On the ground floor of the apartment, there is an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Upstairs there is a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed with access to the terrace. Near the apartment there is a bike path (60m), supermarket (300m), swimming pool (350m) and train station (700m).

There are four bedrooms in the attic, one of which has air conditioning. There are two bathrooms. The house is partially cellared. Parking is possible at the house or in the garage. The garden has an indoor pool and a covered terrace with seating.

Bicycles, canoes, kayaks, sand playground, table tennis table and the sauna with bath and outdoor shower are at your disposal. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

Beautiful pool in the garden (only June-August). Sauna in the basement, large TV in the living room are available. On nice evenings you can also grill in the garden with the new 2024 Weber gas grill. Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Beautiful house in Valtice

Our beautiful country house is nicely located at the heart of the Lednice-Valtice area, an UNESCO protected region famous for its wines, its palaces and its natural environment. The house is 10 minutes walk from the main square of Valtice, where you can find cafes and restaurants, but conveniently located at the edge of the village, surrounded by wines and fields, and just at the start of the popular wine route.
