The first parts of the property were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 0 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. The rooms are lovingly furnished and offer everything your heart desires: cozy hours in front of the fireplace in winter, and relaxed evenings with a glass of wine on the veranda in summer. When furnishing, we placed emphasis on a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The suite offers tranquility and the fully glazed fireplace room invites you to dream.

Welcome to your private oasis – a 100 m² apartment with garden, exclusive saltwater pool & optional Jacuzzi, all just for you with no other guests or hosts. Two bedrooms (2x2 m Simmons box-spring bed & a 1.40 m bed with cold-foam mattress). Right outside your door: forests, hiking trails & pure nature, plus castles in Weilburg & Braunfels as well as the Braunfels Golf Club – the perfect combination of privacy, comfort & relaxation. Enjoy an undisturbed getaway surrounded by beautiful nature.

The house is very spacious and offers an open-plan kitchen living area for convivial holidays. The newly renovated colourful rooms are functional and generously furbished. 4 Sleeping rooms and 2 large Bathrooms are a comfortable set up for up to 2 Families. Wellbeing and Relaxation guaranteed in the big professional hottub and Sauna Located in the heart of Sauerland surrounded by peaceful nature but close enough to enjoy skiing in Winterberg and Willingen (about 1 hour drive).

Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.
