Das Studio liegt in der Arnsberger Altstadt. Es befindet sich im 2. OG und ist 25 m² groß. Das Bad ist im 1. OG. (Gemeinschaftsbad für zwei Ferienwohnungen) Parkplatz vor dem Haus (eng). Weitere Parkmöglichkeiten sind am "Alten Markt" (Mo - Fr 9 - 20 Uhr, Sa 9 - 16 Uhr gebührenpflichtig) und in der Tiefgarage am Neumarkt (gebührenpflichtig). Arnsbergs Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich von unserem Studio bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Henne-, Möhne- und Sorpesee sind ca 30 Autominuten entfernt.

Wake up by the birds singing in the morning and watch the deer roaming through the forest. Shopping is available Lippborg (3 km) with supermarket, bakeries and several shops. Situated 4 km from autobahn A2 it is very easy to get here. The house offers 100 m² of living space with family room, 2 bedrooms, 1,5 bathrooms, dining room and a kitchen.

Das Fachwerkhaus in der mittelalterlichen Altstadt, zählt zu den ältesten Häusern der Stadt und ist in Soest besonders deswegen bekannt, weil es von Konrad Duden, dem Vater der Rechtschreibung, von 1859 bis 1869 bewohnt wurde. Das Haus ist ganz frisch und liebevoll renoviert – im zweiten Obergeschoss ist eine 100 qm große Ferienwohnung entstanden, in der bis zu sechs Gäste Platz finden und den ursprünglichen Soester Charme erleben können.
