A studio apartment with a balcony next to the Tampere Exhibition and Sports Center. Nice light materials. Public transportation to Tree and the airport. Everything you need near the shopping center Veska, Citymarket and Prisma 24/7, Lidl, Sale. The center of Tampere is about 6 km, the airport about 11 km, the Exhibition and Sports Centre I walk in the backyard, Nokia Arena 4.5 km. Lovely Härmälänranta approx. 1km. Note! The apartment is located in Hope, different map view as it cannot be changed

Mahtava kalustettu asunto kun haluat persoonallista asumista ja kokea aitoa ja boheemia Nekalaa, keskustaan pääset nopeasti bussilla ja skuutilla. 120cm leveä sänky odottaa pedattuna, Netflix tv:ssä ja lähtiessä ei tarvitse siivota. Keittiössä löytyy esim. kahvia ja hiutaleita. Ilmoitathan erityiset toiveesi niin voin palvella sinua 5 tähden arvoisesti. Teen kaikkeni että viihdyt ja kokemuksesi on mahtava. 😊 Hiljaisuutta en voi taata kerrostalossa mutta yleensä täällä on hyvin rauhallista.

Hyvin varusteltu ylimmän kerroksen kaksio (50m2) melko uudesta kerrostalosta lähellä luontoa. Asunnossa on ilmalämpöpumppu jäähdytystä varten. Loistava sijainti suoraan ratikan päätepysäkin vieressä (200m). Talo on valmistunut kesäkuussa 2022. Lähellä on mahtavat ulkoilumahdollisuudet. Hervantajärven retkeilyalue on aivan vieressä ja uimarannalle on n. 800m. Lähimpään ruokakauppaan (Sale) n. 250m ja Hervannan Duo -kauppakeskukseen matkaa 2,5km. There is no kitchen but the apartment is equipped for making coffee/tea, preparing breakfast and heating up food. If you stay longer, we can have a stove installed for your convenience. Small and cozy apartment in an area with small houses of wooden construction. The building is on the corner of two different parks. Nokia Arena 1.6 km, frequent bus connection to city center (~2 km) on the other side of the park. Free street parking right next to the building. I can set up a lockbox for self-checkin if it is needed.

It was incredible to stay right in the centre of Tampere and at the same time be in the shade of apple trees and lilacs in the “countryside” in a red log house. The parking space on the corner of the house was great. The apartment was fully equipped. Lush green plants made the room more comfortable. The environment is quiet. Many of the places recommended by hostess Satun were not visited, e.g. restaurant Lillan (hotel) and a walk around the nearby small lake. Next time. We'll be back.

Guests with the electrical vehicles should pay attention that you should get 3 phase plugin for industrial 3-p socket (owners asks 25s/kwt). So described opportunity could not be used, as far as description was not full! Tesla owners may charge with the teslaSuperCharger that located 3 km away from the house (at Ikea parking). After 11 p.m. should be quiet! If all above are not important for you, then your stay in Esas house will be pleasant & comfortable!

Fresh Renovated Duplex with Sauna and Free Parking

The accommodation completely exceeded my expectations. The apartment is located in a quiet area close to nature, but at the same time with excellent accessibility – the tram is just a few minutes' walk and you can get to the city centre very easily. The apartment itself exactly matched the description and photos, but it felt even more pleasant - I felt really great there. Every morning I enjoyed breakfast on the balcony with coffee, which was a complete idyll. As a big bonus, I rate the possibility of using the sauna, which beautifully complemented the whole stay. Communication with the hosts was excellent – they always responded quickly and were very helpful and accommodating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and thank you very much. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing and yet well-located accommodation!
