Place was great, really beautiful.. noticed it was coconut and avacado tree’s growing right in the yard felt like we were in the real home land ! Kelvin was great, communication was 10/10 . He accommodated me flying in early and letting us check in right when we got there. Honestly can say dealing with air bnb I’ve never had the service and hospitality like I’ve had from kelvin & his place .definitely would recommend for anyone traveling to pr soon !! ☺️

Our family of 8 enjoyed a week long stay in Jose’s place. It was very spacious and the surrounding sounds of the rainforest were therapeutic! Jose is a very responsive host and sent us so many great suggestions for local events and great restaurant’s. We accidentally left something in the home and he made sure it got shipped to us—same day!! The pool was well maintained and spacious enough for all eight of us! Seating in the living room is a little limited but the huge dining room table seats 10! Our whole family agreed we would love to return to PR and to this same home!

Jose was great host and the place was absolutely beautiful. Very secluded and private with a private pool we enjoyed almost every evening. Was a nice treat to have a welcome basket with coffee and some snacks. We had an issue with the stove not starting and contacted Jose who got someone out there to fill up the tank the next day. If you are looking for a nice place basically in the rainforest and a short drive to San Juan (30-45 minutes) this is your place

Nice place to stay for your vacation. House located in a private neighborhood. Make feel save. House has everything you need to have a good time. Love it. Will be back

Lugar tranquilo, impecable, vista hermosa y muy familiar. Tuve dudas sobre cómo prender el aire acondicionado y su respuesta fue inmediata e incluso un personal fue a ayudarnos. El área de piscina/patio muy limpio y con entretenimiento. Volvería a escoger Skysun Villa como mi estadía.

Jacks place was awesome and very comfortable! Jack was a responsive and gracious host! The condo is secure and the ability to visit the Wyndham resort property was great!

Mr.Tom was very welcoming. My flight was changed causing me to arrive hours early before check in was scheduled. I contacted Mr.Tom about this and asked him if it was possible to check in a couple hours early. He was very understanding and helpful and allowed me to check in at an early time. The views that you get outside the villas are actually breath taking and memorable. I will definitely make this my go to spot. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING MR.TOM!

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Their attention to detail really stood out — from thoughtful touches around the home to quick and friendly communication throughout my visit. They clearly care about their guests and go above and beyond to make the experience special. The location was perfect, quiet yet close to everything I needed, and I left feeling refreshed and grateful. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend their place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Stephanie and Roberto, for being such exceptional hosts!

Very large house in a good location. Great for large groups. Ryan always responded quickly to questions. Nice pool/ patio area. The Master suite has a private bathroom. 1 bedroom downstairs has a small full bath next to it, but the 3rd bedroom’s closest bathroom (full) is outside in the covered patio area, and it is small too. The upstairs is like a separate apartment with kitchen, and 2 bedrooms that share a full bath. Can go through outside patio to stairway to reach it.

This place is everything! This place is truly magical. I travel 60% of the year and most of those are in Airbnb‘s. This place is now in my top 10. The pictures don’t do it justice! We stayed here and hung out at this resort style home for the majority of our trip. There was no need to go anywhere other than the beach and tours. Communication was top-notch, and hospitality was stellar. I would recommend everybody stay here. Our family really had a spiritual experience in this beautiful home everything is as described or better.

Los espacios son muy bonitos, cómodos y exactamente como se muestran en las fotos. La vista es simplemente espectacular, y el ambiente transmite una paz increíble. La ubicación también es ideal: a solo 5 minutos de excelentes restaurantes desde pizzerías, restaurantes de comida criolla y restaurante mejicano, un colmado cercano y con fácil acceso. ¡Gracias por todo y muchas bendiciones! Sin duda, lo recomendamos. 😊

This was a family get together with 13 of us…we all loved the place. It was a gorgeous serene setting. We enjoyed the pool and the hammocks. We were able to do day trips and then return to a peaceful relaxing oasis.

Loved Arturo’s place. It could use some upkeep (better shades in ground floor bedroom so harder to see in from outside). But it’s a great place and love the location. Great stay.

I had a great stay at this home in Luquillo! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—close to the beach, great local spots to eat, and easy access to El Yunque and other nearby attractions. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in the area. Would love to come back!

My group of 6 and I had the time of our lives here. Yes the drive up is a little hectic but you’re in the mountains what can you expect! Definitely recommend getting all your Airbnb essentials/food before going up the mountain and the closest stores are like 10 minute drive but again it’s a mountain lol. Everything was as pictured. Communication was a little confusing since they use a property management company with different people answering but over all they always went over and beyond to help us and for that were so grateful. Both early and late check in/out were available and were so grateful since we had early in and late flights out. The ONLY negative we can say is the lack of kitchen essentials like ( basic salt/pepper extra trash bags, kitchen towels to dry plates ) wish there were more pool towels since we were 7. But again nothing that was worth not giving this a 5/5 We left essentials that we didn’t use or finish and hope they keep them for the next guests!

Sonia’s place was a perfect home away from home. Safe, peaceful, Near the beach, el Yunque and lots of delicious food. Enclosed backyard which was a delight for the kids, we will definitely stay at Ms.Sonia’s home again. Thank you for being flexible with time during our check in.

Great Place! Very clean and a wonderful property with a great view overlooking the golf course. Our family of 4 was very comfortable at the condo all week. The beach and beach club are very close and is beautiful, the entire resort is very well maintained. We rented a car which I would recommend if you are planning to stay in that area because there are many things to go and see. The restaurants at the Wyndham Hotel on site were very good and convenient. We found quite a few very nice local restaurants as well. The car comes in handy driving around the resort as well because it is huge. The location of Rio Mar is a great spot for taking day trips to rainforest, Old San Juan, Seven Seas Beach, Loquillo and many other spots. The hosts provided great and friendly communication via text and were super responsive when any small issue came up. Thank you for a wonderful stay. - Kirk

our Family of seven had a great stay! the beach was easy to get to. the sand on the beach was softest we enjoyed our entire time in Puerto Rico. but also the biggest waved however we loved the waves!! the place was very clean and comfortable but a little tight fit enjoying a movie with 7 and dinner time unless you want to eat outside then this place is perfect!!

Loved the pool, pool table, kitchen, ceiling fans, Alexa speaker, and more. So many fun ways to spend your time. Perfect for large groups especially with kids. The landscaping is so beautiful, can tell a lot of work went into it.

We had a beautiful couple of days in El Yunque/Rio Grande at the end of our trip. This is a great stay surrounded by the rainforest and all the ambient vibes. Host(s) were very responsive and kind. The house as some folks mentioned does have a damp smell and there is no A/c in the main room but both bedrooms had an A/c that kept it comfortable for us. A good reminder that we were in a tropical rainforest. We actually enjoyed the decor and the 80s/90s vibe, reminded us that it is a family home. House needed a little extra TLC on the cleaning, as well. All amenities were as as listed, wi-fi was strong, and the pool was lovely! Overall, we would definitely stay again.
