Upstairs is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, terrace with mountain views, living room with fireplace and two armchairs-beds. Downstairs is another living-dining room with a kitchenette and a wood stove. Fully equipped and with WiFi. No heating. Fireplaces only. No TV.

It is a mountain place and with its 1200 meters above sea level. It is a cooler area in summer than many other places due to its geography and at night it cools down well. It is 1 km from the village and located between Baza and Guadix.
