Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Ortsrandlage. Die Wohnung ist ca.45m² groß, hell durch große bodentiefe Fenster, Ausrichtung Süd-Ost mit separaterTerrasse und Garten. Sie befindet sich in einem modernen Neubau mit Fußbodenheizung und Lüftungsanlage. Gelegen zwischen Bodensee, Linzgau, Donautal und Hegau, so dass man viele Ausflüge machen kann (z.B. Campus Galli, Bodensee, Hohentwiel, Freilichtmuseum Neuhausen ob Eck, Sigmaringen, Donautal, Naturbad in 2km.). Supermarkt, Bank, Arzt am Ort.

Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

In our two construction trailers converted with attention to detail, we offer you a vacation opportunity where you can concentrate on the essentials and beauty again. Slowing down, relaxation and recreation are our top priorities at our small horse farm. Our farm is located in a dead zone and thus we also offer all sensitive people a low-radiation vacation. Country life, campfires and the surroundings also offer countless opportunities for adventure.

Quiet apartment for relaxation

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Vacation home of your choice

We are renting a newly converted apartment in a rural village. The apartment is located in our farmhouse in which we ourselves live in a residential unit and which we are gradually expanding and renovating. There is a separate entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and a small kitchen where you can take care of yourself superbly. Parking is available. Wi-Fi access is available.

Historic farmhouse in a quiet location

The apartment has been newly built in an old farmhouse (anno 1833). During construction, care was taken to use as many natural building materials as possible (wood, clay, hemp). The partitions were designed as half-timbered walls. The living room forms a room with the kitchen. The apartment is about 60 m² and is barrier-free.

You will stay in the former village school house in beautiful countryside and reach Lake Constance and the upper Danube Valley in 20 minutes. Easy access to the Black Forest, Allgäu and the Alps. Our immediate surroundings offer wonderful hiking and cycling trails
