With an area of approximately 125 m2 and two covered terraces on a 1500 m2 plot, it is fully equipped with appliances. On the ground floor, a 45 m2 living room with a large bay window, two bedrooms, one of which is a master suite (bathtub, toilet), and a second with 2 adult beds and 2 children's beds (under 13 years old), shower, toilet. Upstairs, a large bedroom with 2 adult beds, a bathroom and a terrace.

This pleasant house is 15 minutes from Blois and 20 minutes from Vendome and its peaceful garden with large unoverlooked terrace is the perfect place to combine relaxation and visiting the area. A few steps away are a grocery store with local products, a butcher shop, a community café and a large play area for children with free access. It includes a large bedroom with double bed and sofa bed with Wi-Fi and a bedroom with 2 single beds, a fully equipped kitchen. Parking 50 m away.
