House holiday rentals in Heraclea Minoa

We had a great stay. Francesco who welcomed us gave lots of useful recommendations and was always on hand to help. The villa was as described. We loved the outhouse next to the pool and hot tub and enjoyed playing pool and cooking there. Our only downside was that there is no where to walk to nearby although this was warned of with a car being advised as essential. The beaches are 30-40 minute car journey away. We visited scala dei turchi, licata, valley of temples and Cefalu with Cefalu being a longer day trip (1.5 hours each way) but worth it. Thank you, we will back to Sicily I am sure!

The garden was a peaceful oasis and the garden house is beautiful. Vivi and her husband were very friendly and flexible when our arrival was delayed. She had even bought us some supplies for breakfast and cooking so we didn't have to shop immediately. The house is easy walking distance to several kite/windsurfing schools. Shops and restaurants are a short drive. The kitchen is small but very well supplied.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful pool and very clean accommodation. The host even offered us antipasti on arrival!

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful spacious home. The views from the roof were spectacular. There was plenty of room for people to work at different tables. We enjoyed the foosball table and generally enjoyed ourselves enormously while there, we alI had a chance to get a dip in the pool and sit by that beautiful garden. You should be very proud of your establishment, and the comfortable surroundings that it provides for everybody in such a congenial setting. A 5 star experience from start to finish

The accommodation offered by Gaspare is impeccable, very well equipped and very professional. Gaspare is friendly and available. He maintains his home to perfection. The place is in a beautiful place and has a breathtaking view. The pool is very nice and very clean. The kids loved it. We recommend 100%

Giuseppe's house is amazing. We came to this place with high expectations, but what we found on the spot far exceeded them. We fell in love with this house and even more with its surroundings. The villa is located on the edge of the valley, which provided extraordinary views. In front of the house there is a large, clean and beautifully illuminated swimming pool with water that Mr. Francesco cleans twice a week. Olives grow, beautifully fragrant lavender, there is also a lemon tree, huge cacti and a very interesting downy oak and a rosemary hedge. Especially in the evenings, the smell is amazing. In the distance, you can only hear the bells of cows grazing in the valley, the singing of birds and the chirping of insects. The home is very well equipped. Everything is thought out so that guests feel comfortable. Even the tableware is beautiful. Giuseppe and Vincenzo are very nice and helpful. We fell in love with this place and we know that we will want to return to it. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to relax in peace!

The apartment is beautiful: new and very well equipped, quiet and just above the old town. Angelo's very nice. Restaurants are a few minutes' walk away, along the country's typical alleys. A huge favourite!!!

We stayed here for 4 nights , 4 adult's and a child , for a friend's wedding. Soon as we arrived, we felt at home, we were greeted by Paolo who showed us around and Marcello was always available to answer any enquiries. The location and house wow , views and steps down to the beach , moonlight views from the bedrooms and sunsets we didn't want to leave , and will return. Grazie mille

We stayed here because we were visiting the Valley of the Temples, like many guests I’m sure. The apartment is minimally furnished and spotlessly clean with breathtaking views of the temples from the rooftop balcony. Georgia was there to meet us when we arrived and had already given us lots of recommendations for restaurants, beaches, etc. We ate at Kokalo’s on her recommendation and it was outstanding with astonishing views of the temples. She also suggested we could leave our car at the apartment and walk to the site which we did (it’s about 12-15 minute walk on roads with no sidewalk so be warned!). We had a problem with the WiFi which was the one time she was offline but we got it figured out. Georgia was extremely helpful and flexible when it came to checking out, making special arrangements for us to keep some stuff cold in a fridge while we visited the temples and allowing us to pick it up long after our official check-out time. We really appreciated that.

Beautiful location, and Lorenzo brought us fresh fruit from his orchards to sample. Comfortable base to explore the surrounding areas.

In one word: fantastic! The house is charming and spacious and with everything you need. The location and environment are beautiful. Anne and Ferdinando are among the best hosts we’ve experienced, and just really kind and cool people on top of that. The animal neighbors, the stunning natural area with lots of hiking options, the villages nearby and much more all made this a stay we’ll not forget. 10 out of 10

We (my family and friends' family) had a fantastic month at Gianleo's place. It's just by the beach (and there is a beautiful walk down if you take the right path, as I assume some of the previous guests, according to the reviews, didn't take). It's just a 15-20 min to the city center walking by the beach or along the road. It's a calm area with lovely neighbors. Full equipped kitchen, big bathrooms and nothing to complain at. Gianleo was very friendly, answered quickly and helped us out when needed. We're also very thankful for the problem-solving when we accidentally broke a table. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a holiday home in Sciacca!

We had a wonderful stay with everything that we needed. Comfortable beds, good shower water pressure, plenty of towels and personal products. We used the washing machine twice which was very practical. Cooked in the small well equipped kitchen. Location is great and close to all points of interest in the area. The best part of our stay was our host Nina! She was very friendly, had lots of good suggestions and recommendations for us and was very generous with some special treats! She is very helpful and attentive and can be counted on to help with any inquiries. She is the best and we would not hesitate to visit again.

Alessandra's place was very cocooning. She left several touches that made our daily life easier (laundry, cafes, instructions on the right plans available...). The space was clean and we quickly felt at home. It had everything we needed. In addition, Alessandra was available for any of our requests / requests for directions. There were three of us in Sofia's place and we spent a few very nice days there. Had I known how beautiful this place is, we would definitely have booked more days. I think the place is even nicer in real life than in the pictures. It is super modern, new and also from the cleanliness everything was in perfect order. Sofia decorated everything with love, it felt like a real home. The location offers a very nice view. The area is very quiet and somewhat hidden. For the accommodation, I would urgently recommend a rental car. The communication with Sofia was impeccable, she was always available and always super friendly. We got some local tips from her. Would definitely return. Sofia is a super host.

We stayed with Nicoló for a week in May and had a wonderful time in Mazara del Vallo. The historic center where the apartment is located was beautiful and in the city tour Nicoló offers, we learned a lot about Mazara and he showed us great places. Nicoló is super friendly and warm and the tips he gave us for Mazara and surroundings were outstanding! He knows the best restaurants and the pasticcerias and there are beautiful beaches in the area that can be reached quickly on foot or by bike. We also took a ferry from Marsala to Isola Egadi, which is highly recommended! You can go from Mazara in 20 minutes by train to Marsala and rent bikes on the island for 5€ for all day if you want. Overall, we can highly recommend a stay with Nicoló and like to think back to our time.

This is the perfect place if you have a car and you want to visit the valley of the temples , Turkish steps and the beach front at San Leone. The host is absolutely adorable and she made us feel at home. Private car park right under the appartment huge bonus. highly recommended.

Accommodation matching the description with several amenities in the kitchen, perfect for cooking good meals. Comfortable, clean space. Giovanni was very available to answer our questions as well as available to give us recommendations, he made us feel comfortable. The location is central, we easily visited the city as well as some nearby beaches without having to use the car. In addition, street parking is easy to access. The only downside would be the noise from the industrial area adjacent to the port at the bottom of the street (during weekdays).
