The Birch Street was an amazing place to stay! The location is good and easy to find. Becky and Doug were wonderful hosts. They were attentive but gave us our privacy. When we had a question or concern they were quick to respond. The place was very clean with many extra special touches. They thought of everything and then some! Thank you so much Becky and Doug! We will definitely be back!

This beautiful Airbnb is located in a "slice of heaven" with beautiful forested hills surrounding the property. We were hoping for a peaceful location yet close enough to appreciate hikes, coffee shops, restaurants, and venturing into Vermont as well. BINGO! This lovely location for the ticket. Having been on a lengthy road trip, we also were grateful to have laundry facilities and avoid a laundromat. Plus, we were spoiled with homemade bread and cookies awaiting our arrival. Linda was quick to respond to questions plus she and Sterling had a binder filled with many suggestions of things to do in the area. While we hoped to experience the autumn colors on a New England trip, we researched about the beauty and fewer crowds in spring so quickly shifted gears to mid-to-late May!

We were just there one night but were comfortable and enjoyed having lots of space. Appreciate that all was as described/expected.

Such a relaxing stay! My husband and I stayed here for a few nights, and we found the location perfect for what we were looking for. Close to many yummy restaurants in Alton Bay and Wolfeboro (5-15 minutes). About 30 minutes from Weirs Beach . The road that Tony and Sonja live on is very quiet. We took a beautiful walk around the neighborhood with a view of Lake Winni. The Airbnb itself is beautiful. Very clean and well equipped. It's right above the garage and up a small flight of stairs. We can't wait to come back one day!

Once again, we had a great stay here! The apartment is spacious and clean. The location is fantastic in a nice walkable quiet neighborhood and close to downtown Laconia. Christine and Anne were warm and welcoming. There were homemade cookies on the kitchen table when we arrived, and we brewed some coffee and ate the cookies on the lovely enclosed porch. We had a lovely relaxing stay. Thank you, Christine and Anne!

This was our second stay at Donna & Greg’s lovely charming old house with all modern amenities. Peaceful, private and quiet. Couldn’t recommend it more, we have been staying in different Airbnb’s nearby Concord and theirs is hands-down the best one listed!

Second time stay at this great getaway. Very nice house with full amenities. Tons of outdoor activities in the area. Highly recommended and will be going back!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Anna’s Airbnb. This property is amazing, clean, beautiful, and spacious. The host Anna is friendly, responsive and kind. Anna went above and beyond by leaving many foods and provisions in the kitchen. Due to the weather, Anna proactive offer us late check out a day before we leave.

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. Beautifully clean, well stocked kitchen, spacious, perfect set up and the hot tub is a fab touch. Easy check in and super communicative hosts. Thank you Jen!

We needed a place for my daughters graduation at New England College. This place was 10 minutes away and beautiful. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, sitting on the screened porch, playing board/card games provied, and smores. The bug spay, repelent candles were much appreciated, and fishing poles a bonus. My 4 yr old neice caught her first fish and had her very first ride in a kayak. We made memories of a lifetime. Highly recomend, very relaxing/beautiful and family/adult oriented.

Lawrence's home was lovely. It was very quiet and peaceful while still close enough to town for anything we needed. The home was spacious, clean, stocked with anything we needed (including fun books and activities for the kids!). We were very pleased with our visit and the kids were sad to leave. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at the Gilmanton Artist Studio. The living area, with the high ceilings, large windows, and fireplace is beautiful and comfortable. The outside area is peaceful, you can roam around, sit and enjoy the sun or make a fire and look at the stars at night. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a nice dinner and we also used the grill outside. The hosts are very nice and responsive. My mom forgot a pair of earrings on the side table and Elizabeth found them and mailed them to her. Truly, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to go back.

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Being walking distance to the Bank of NH Pavilion makes this place perfect for a concert. It has a nice view of the lake and is steps from a beautiful beach! We enjoyed our quick stay!

My 10 yo son said “this is my favorite of all the hotels and air b and b’s we’ve ever stayed in”. I absolutely adored the space. It made us want to have a little condo in the city to escape to now and then. 100% would stay again and hope to next time we are in the area. Leah was very quick to respond to questions and even gave me a suggestion for a bakery. There was plenty of room for us and our hockey gear and the living room with the brick and tall ceilings and decor was perfection - most comfortable couch I’ve ever sat on.

We stayed for a month and a half waiting to close on a house and she was the best host. Extended our stay without a problem and had everything including pots and pans we needed to survive while all our things were in storage. Great host!

The place was great. Quiet with beautiful views. Lots of games which was helpful because it rained a lot during our stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. Host was very helpful and kind. The woman that cleaned the pool was also very sweet. My 8 year old was itching to swim in the freezing pool when it wasn’t quite ready and she offered to come to our room and let us know when she was done. Thank you for having us!

Although the building as a whole is dated, and a very interesting layout, the condo itself was *pristine*! BE AWARE however, the condo is on the 2nd floor & there is no elevator (or at least we never saw one), so plan accordingly. The space is beautiful - spacious, clean & fully remodeled! There is 1 bedroom with 2 Q-size beds (*very* comfy, btw), 2 large closets, a wall-mounted TV, and a nightstand between the beds that offers USB and an outlet. The bathroom is roomy & very clean. The kitchen & dining area are lovely & comfy. Nice little extras like bottled water & snacks were greatly appreciated! We were here for a wedding & unfortunately it down-poured the whole time so we didn't do much exploring but I urge you to enjoy b'fast at this lovely cafe called The Flip Side. Also...explore the little "village" in the underbelly of this complex - there is a very large pool hall & a cafe. We found tho, that we had to leave the building & walk through the covered garage below to get there.
