We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Lovingly renovated into a gorgeous one bedroom (new firm king sized bed), one bath apartment (700 sq. feet) with private outdoor area. Directly across the street from Tuxedo Park and 1/4 mile from Lake Summit. Bring your hiking or running shoes, bike or kayak! Well-behaved pets welcome. Easy access to US Highway 25. Greenville SC or Asheville NC are just an easy 30 minute drive.

Nestled on a private lane minutes from the Asheville airport and situated between Asheville and Hendersonville, this 695 sq. ft upstairs duplex unit blends modern style with comfort. The two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit features a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. Exterior stairs lead up to a private, open-air front porch with seating. Wall-mounted TVs in each bedroom and the living room, with Netflix access provided. Guests enjoy shared access to hot tub, laundry room, and fire ring.

Our home in Pisgah Forest is in the land of waterfalls. The apartment has a full kitchen, large shower and a fire pit on the deck for your enjoyment This area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, music lovers, hikers and cyclists. If you are planning to visit our state and national parks, please check to see which trails are open. Downtown Brevard is a quaint mountain town with unique shops, a variety of restaurants and art galleries and is just 15 from the apartment.

A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests.
