Enjoy the fantastic view from this cosy two-storey villa apartment. There is a separate entrance from the courtyard, which features a gas barbecue, an outdoor dining area and an outdoor shower. Here, you'll find a wardrobe, a lovely bathroom with underfloor heating and a rain shower. The staircase to the first floor leads directly up to a large kitchen-dining-living room with beautiful natural light from both the south and the north. The kitchen offers everything a modern kitchen needs. To the east: Living room with TV, south-facing balcony. Towards West : 1st bedroom with double elevation bed. Second bedroom, two beds. Also has its own balcony.

Unique villa, by the sea.

This unique home has its very own style. Beautiful villa directly on the ocean. Two living rooms en suite, three good rooms upstairs. Bathroom, as well as the guest toilet. Small office space. Laundry room. Three good terraces, and a small balcony. The house has a lovely large garden, both towards Strandvejen and towards the water, as well as a small wall facing Strandvejen. 100 m to the harbor, 150 m to the public beach. Beautiful restaurants, as well as bakeries, and Italian ice cream parlor, just around the corner. Close to the forest, and about 1 km to a good shopping mall.

Mini cottage in beautiful surroundings. You get a newly built cottage, where the details have been taken care of. When you wake up, you have a view from the bed to a large lake with lots of bird and fish life. You can go down to the lake or have breakfast on the terrace. In the evening, you can enjoy a glass of wine or water under the starry sky. Due to the fact that there is no light pollution in the area, you can see the clearest starry sky when it is cloudless. There is both a bath and toilet in the cabin. Cleaning is included in the price.

Nice Annex with kitchen and ocean views and beach. There is fibernet. Close to Helsingør city and Kronborg. There is a bed of 160 by 200 cm. There's TV and Chromecast. Table and 2 chairs. In the kitchen there are basic kitchen utensils. Small fridge with freezer, 2 hobs, combined microwave and oven. There are towels and bathrobes. There is air conditioning. Use the “mode button” on the remote control to switch between “heat” and “air conditioning”. Please close the window when in use.
