The perfect place for the big family. With room for 10 sleeping people, an indoor pool and 500 meters to the beach and cozy Espergærde harbor, this place is perfect if the summer vacation is to be kept close to Copenhagen; but still outside the city's noise. The house is a 15-minute walk from the station, from which it takes 40 minutes to drive to Copenhagen city center. In the area there are several good restaurants, and Kronborg, Louisiana and Helsingør are very close. There are bicycles and an electric cargo bike that can be rented.

Huset er til familier eller par, der gerne vil slappe af tæt på skov, sø og by (ca. 500 m) og strand (ca. 800m) Stor have med on ground pool. Haven er lukket med låge og er en brugshave; der må spllles bold og leges ☺️ Indenfor er der fjernsyn i 3 værelser og i stuen + Wii-konsol og brætspil. Der er varmepumpe/aircondition både oppe og nede. Der vil være ledige hylder/skabe/skuffer i køkken, badeværelser, værelser og entre til lejere. Krydderier m.v. må gerne bruges til madlavningen.

Bemærk - rygeforbud gælder alle inden og udendørsområder. Du har køer og heste som tætteste naboer. Lejligheden er lille, men med plads til 4 overnattende gæster. Poolen er ikke opvarmet om vinteren, men lejligheden udlejes til reduceret pris fra 01. Oktober til 30. April. Pool kan anvendes kold ved tilkøb af sauna. 150,-/dag Spaen er opvarmet hele året og brug er inkluderet i prisen. Fra 1.maj til 30. september er poolen opvarmet og kan benyttes af gæster

Lovely bright and large villa with a seaview. The house is on two floors and newly renovated. Large undisturbed garden with pool, trampoline, shelter and fire pit. Big terasse with a seaview. We have an outdoor kitchen and grill, så you can cook out on the terrasse. The house is situated in the old part of Snekkersten city close to the little port of Snekkersten. Snekkersten Beach, the trainstation and the supermarket is a 10 minute walk from the house.
