In select locations, you can order groceries for delivery to your Airbnb through Instacart—directly from the Airbnb website or app. This service is available starting three weeks before check-in and throughout your stay, with delivery arranged for any time after you check in.
For select homes in eligible locations, you may have the option to have your groceries stocked in your kitchen by your host before you arrive.
Instacart ordering through Airbnb is currently available in select locations. If it’s available for your stay, you’ll find it as an option in your Trips after you’ve booked your home.
You don’t need to create an Instacart account or log in through your existing Instacart account—you’ll be able to order groceries seamlessly through the Airbnb website or app.
If your host doesn’t offer kitchen stocking:
You can schedule your Instacart delivery to arrive any time after you’ve checked in to your home.

If you have questions about ordering, delivery, refunds, or missing or damaged items, you can contact Instacart.
Click or tap Trips, and go to Grocery delivery, then select Manage order and then Help. From there, you can reschedule or cancel your order, or select Help Center and then Connect with Instacart to reach Instacart’s support team.
