Suggestions will show after typing in the search input. Use the up and down arrows to review. Use enter to select. If the selection is a phrase, that phrase will be submitted to search. If the suggestion is a link, the browser will navigate to that page.

Send photos and videos in a message

Once your reservation for a home, service or experience is confirmed, you can share photos and videos up to 60 seconds in length in messages with your host or guests. 

All of the photos and videos sent between guests, hosts, and co-hosts can be viewed in the Gallery section of your Details.

When to send a photo or video

Photos and videos can be a valuable part of the communication process. For instance, you can send attachments to:

  • Show guests a video of where your service or experience will take place
  • Share photos of a walking tour with other guests
  • Share a video of a catered meal service that you booked
  • Show a guest how the hot tub works
  • Share photos or video at checkout of how you left your host’s home

Send a photo or video in a message

Photos and videos can only be sent after a reservation is confirmed.

Send photos and videos on desktop

  1. Click Messages and select the message thread
  2. Click Add +
  3. Click Add photo or video and select what you want to send
  4. Review and click Send
