Notification of Commencement of Activity (CIA)

You must notify the municipality of Fiumicino—via the One-stop Business Advisory Center (Sportello Unico Attività Produttive aka SUAP)—regarding the accommodation to be used as a tourist rental. Please follow these steps:

  1. Send the following forms (filled in and digitally signed) to the PEC address suap@pec.comune.fiumicino.rm.it (each form must be in a digitally signed .pdf file).
  2. Attach a copy of the receipt for the municipal processing fee of € 30,00. To make the payment via PagoPa:
    1. Click here and fill in the form;
    2. Select "company variations and company data - communication" (“variazioni societarie e dati di impresa – comunicazione”) and specify "tourist accommodation communication" (“comunicazione alloggio turistico”) in the reason for payment.

If you do not have a PEC address and a digital signature, you must ask for support from an attorney/intermediary to submit the communication. Please remember to attach the powers of attorney.

Note: In the CIA, be sure to indicate your ordinary email address where the municipality of Fiumicino will send all information and forms concerning the tourist tax.
