The cabin is in a fantastic location in the middle of Lofoten. It's 15 minutes from Leknes. Quick access to the airport, shopping centre, groceries, restaurants, petrol station and charging station. The cabin is located 15 minutes from Stamsund if you come by Hurtigruta. Henningsvær and Svolvær are less than an hour's drive away. Approximately 25 minutes to the Lofoten Links golf course. At the cabin, you will find fantastic hiking trails and popular mountain hikes. Direct access to spectacular nature. The view from the cabin is outstanding, with mountains and sea on all sides.

Modern cabin, new in 2018, for rent in Ballstad. View of large parts of the famous Lofoten wall. The mountains with hiking trails are just outside the door. The popular Hauklandstranda is about 15 minutes from the rorbua. Leknes town, airport and hurtigruten ferry a short distance from the cabin. If you want to try your luck in the rich fishing waters of Vestfjorden, boat rental is possible. In the months Jan-April the famous Lofot fishing is ongoing, and you can experience this fishing at Ballstad, which is one of Lofoten's largest and most abundant fishing village.

We want everyone to experience nature as closely as possible. Therefore, we have built three small cabins/houses, with large glass surfaces everywhere, so that you can sit inside and enjoy the mountains, the horizon, the sea, the sunsets and the midnight sun. Now it's not always sunny on the island, so we have a nice sofa, which can be daybed too, for moments when you want to sit inside under the blanket, look at the rain and the wind, but still get a great experience of the changing nature.

Fantastiske turmuligheter rett utenfor døren, en tur i marken til fots eller kjøre ski i våre mektige fjell eller bare nyte utsikten utover havet, mulighetene er der. Ha base her hvis dere skal kjøre på ski, butikker å restauranter er 5 min unna i bil. Museum og akvariet ligger 2 km unna. Ha base her og kjøre rundt og nyt alt det flotte Lofoten har å by på av natur og matopplevelser.

Glamping Nordland - Dome - Arctic light

The Domes are placed above a garden where raspberries are grown. The Domes are in nature with a fantastic view of the mountains and the fjord. You can see the sky from your bed. During the winter you might even see stars, the moon – or the northern lights? Homemade breakfast with fresh bread and local products is served in a refurbished barn. The Domes are without electricity, but wood for heating is provided. WC, shower, electricity and WiFi are provided in the barn - 100 m walk.

Kano kan fritt brukes med forbehold om at redningsvester brukes og sjø kunnskap er til stede. På eget ansvar. Badestamp er vedfyrt og må avtales for oppfyring. Tilleggspris pr gang tilkommer. Sauna er vedfyrt og kan fritt brukes. Oppfyring gjøres av gjester. Perfekt for å se Nordlys siden det er lite lysforurensning.
