The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, dryer, espresso and coffee maker, toaster, kettle. In the living room, there is a 42" TV and a small HiFi system. Hamburg and Lüneburg can be easily reached by car (approx. 25 minutes) or by public transport.

Das historische Städtchen Lüneburg und die Weltstadt Hamburg bieten neben zahlreichen Shopping-Möglichkeiten auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und eine reiche kulturelle Szene. Eine fußläufig erreichbare Buslinie fährt direkt nach Hamburg.

Das Haus wurde 1923 von einem Hamburger Senator als Sommervilla gebaut. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang, Parkettboden und einen großen Balkon. Von hier aus werden Sie die Nachmittags- und Abendsonne über der unverbauten Aussicht genießen können.

Located between Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath, our small farm with adjacent fields is located in the municipality of Seevetal. On the upper floor of the residential building is the approx. 100 sqm apartment, which is perfect for relaxing in the countryside or exploring Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath from here. Both excursions can only be reached in 20 minutes by car. Alternatively, there is a bus stop within walking distance with connections to Hamburg.

Our apartment is located in the affluent suburbs of Hamburg (30 minutes to Hamburg city center). Furthermore, the Lüneburg Heath and other natural attractions can be reached quickly. The area is characterized by forests, rivers and green hills. Bendestorf is one of the preferred residential areas of Hamburg entrepreneurs and therefore offers many leisure and shopping opportunities. The historic town of Jesteburg is in the immediate vicinity.

Near Hamburg, in the countryside

We look forward to seeing everyone who wants to have a good time with us. Since we are quite centrally located, it is an almost optimal starting point for activities. For bikers and cyclists, we have a small workshop for maintenance. Vehicles can also be adjusted here. Drying clothes is possible in the boiler room. Skippers can park their trailers on the property. 2 trekking bikes are available for rent.

The cottage is a former half-timbered carport and is located on a 3000 sqm property together with the landlord's residential building in a quiet forest settlement at a distance of about 300 m from the federal road 3. It is designed for 2 people and no pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling tours in the Lüneburg Heath.
