This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

Theme parks near by Dreamworld is only 10 minutes drive. 6 minutes drive to major shopping center (Coomera westfield town center ) and train station. corner shops are 2 to 3 minutes drive. An excellent place to unwind and is within walking distance to Gallery Walk, the Botanical Gardens, National Parks and numerous quality eating venues. Separated by Rainforest trees from the main house this cottage provides guests with privacy and tranquility.
