Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

Our house is located in the historic village center of Bischleben, a district of the state capital Erfurt. The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

Home to Goethe and Schiller, Bauhaus and rich with culture, there is so much to see and do in this area. The holiday home is located on the outskirts of the small village of Werna, population 200, which belongs to the town of Ellrich at the foot of the southern Harz Mountains. An open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with a fireplace invites you to enjoy convivial evenings. To rejuvenate, let yourself be wonderfully warmed in the infrared sauna, and after settling into the cozy Swiss pine bed, nothing stands in the way of a deep and restful sleep.

Luxury apartment with views over Erfurt in the city center

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
