Waterfront holiday rentals in Heist-aan-Zee

A very nice apartment where we immediately felt comfortable. At our arrival everything was sparkling clean, the decor is new and in perfect condition. Would love to come again anytime.

We were very much looking forward to this beautiful location, between booking and actual arrival pleasant contact with Philip. We were told the day before that we could enter the apartment earlier. The apartment is a gem. Beautiful sea view. Unfortunately, due to circumstances, we returned to the Netherlands early. The contact afterwards was also extremely pleasant and full of understanding. I can really recommend this place. And we will definitely do our weekend and time over in Philip's apartment!

The apartment is very nice, very comfortable for 2 people and well equipped. The location is good, 2nd row from the beach, with the disadvantage that the view of the sea is almost completely obscured by the terrible high-rise buildings - but we had expected that. It's great that there are two balconies here on the 7th floor. From the rear, you even have a nice view of some nature and a part of the village, which consists of beautiful houses. Communication with the landlords was very good, friendly and fast. We had some confusion with parking bicycles. This can be done in a single garage, which is located in the second basement of another house, which was not obvious. Here, my wife accidentally locked herself in the garage and, since the house is currently empty, she was very lucky to be freed by a user of the garages. Unfortunate coincidence, but you should be careful (no devaluation for it).

Very well equipped and clean apartment. Very great location by the sea. It was a short walk to the city. Close parking. The owner was helpful and advised.

We had a lovely time in Bruges and Jean-Pierre's place was the perfect base from which to explore. The apartment is lovely, light and airy. It's a beautiful peaceful area with supermarket close by and a lovely park too. We hope to stay again soon, thank you so much!

We had a lovely, almost 1-week-long stay in Katia and Rinus's apartment with our 3-year-old son. Everything was as described, with a fully equipped kitchen. I cooked several meals flawlessly. The oven has a combined microwave function. Everything was functional, the mattresses were comfortable. The apartment was well prepared and clean when we arrived. The view is magnificent! Many things to do around the city: we visited Brugge, Zwin natural park, strand Harendijke, and went to Zeeland in the Netherlands. We came after a 3-day-long city festival, so the city's cleanliness was not the best. Many constructions were ongoing, making parking a bit hectic. Parking is ~1km away (7,5 EUR / day), and a passenger ferry is available on weekends.

Like every year, a real pleasure to return to this apartment. Everything is always impeccable, comfortable. The exchanges are simple and pleasant and the location is ideal.

Great apartment with stunning view on the sea

We had the most wonderful week at Frederiek’s place. We were there with our toddler and he loved the big garden and trampoline! The hosts also supplied a highchair and brilliant travel cot which was great and few car toys which got well used. We loved meeting Elmo the dog and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks for your kind and considerate hospitality Frederiek!

We had a very nice time over a long weekend with several generations. Super nice house with a great garden. We had rain and sunshine and both are equally beautiful! If you like it cosy, you can simply light the fireplace. The immediate area is great for beautiful walks. A mini supermarket is 7 minutes' walk away, where there are really delicious chocolate croissants🤗. The house lacks nothing and it is super cozy and perfectly divided. We'll be back!

Beautiful fully equipped cottage with friendly and helpful landlords

We were completely satisfied with the stay. Check-in would have been possible much earlier, the accommodation was sparkling clean and lovingly prepared upon arrival. The hostess was always quickly available to us and very helpful. The house itself is freshly renovated and ultra-modern. The garden is large and the beach is within walking distance. The parking for four vehicles directly at the house is also great. We enjoyed the stay very much and can recommend Grete and the accommodation without reservation.

We had a very nice stay and we were very happy about the accommodation and communication. The city De Panne itself is not the prettiest city. But the location of the house is still nice, peaceful and close to the beach.

We enjoyed the time at Elisabeth's very much and felt very comfortable. The house is very stylishly furnished. The cottage was very clean and maintained. There is free parking in front of the door. The central location was just perfect for us as a family with a dog. Many restaurants and the supermarket are around the corner and quick to reach. It's a stone's throw over the dike, and you can enjoy the sea. The friendly communication with Elisabeth went well from the beginning. We would always be happy to come back. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We spent a long weekend in Bert's charming flat. The location is excellent, most of the sights are within walking distance. There are also great cafes, restaurants and shops around the corner. The balcony overlooking the Leie is very nice. The flat is stylishly furnished and has everything you need. Bert was very communicative and friendly.

I had a fantastic experience staying in the apartment. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect and check-in was smooth and easy. Sabine was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like snacks, local tips, extra amenities. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I had a fantastic stay at Carl’s place. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. It’s located in a quiet area, just a short distance from the beach. There’s a great spot nearby for walking or jogging, and several excellent restaurants are only a 5-minute drive away. I would definitely return and stay there again!

We had a great week in Mylène's apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the bedding in the bedroom is very comfortable. The terrace is spacious and the sea view is beautiful. On sunny days, it is a pure pleasure to enjoy this beautiful terrace. For the more grey and windy days, you can continue to enjoy the beautiful sea view from inside the apartment. If you like to watch the sea "live", this is the perfect place. Mylène's welcome is warm and she ensures that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We'll most certainly be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Dominique's 5th floor apartment. It was bright & airy & we felt at home immediately. The views are great & the large balcony is perfect for the afternoon sun/sunsets. There is also a 2nd balcony for the sunrise! And you can walk to the beach for these too, in only 15 minutes. The heated swimming pools(adult & baby pools)are a real hit. The large pool is very rarely busy. We loved it! You need to wear swimming caps, but once bought that wasn't a problem, as everyone wears one. They can be purchased in the small office in the pool apartment block. There are shops & restaurants within walking distance. The tram stop & train station are a 10 minute walk. We took a tram to Oostende & a train to Bruges. Fares are inexpensive. Kitchen facilities are excellent, coffee N'Espresso machine with pods & biscuits to start us off! A nice touch. Dominique is a very responsive & attentive host. Beds were very comfy. We had a really great stay. Just book it!!

The apartment was really great! It is even larger than it looks in the photos and is superbly equipped! We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Natasja was easy to reach for all questions and always super friendly.
