Jarovecké rameno is a protected area. From the terrace of the houseboat, it is possible to watch fish, beavers, ducks or swans. At the same time, it is possible to explore the surroundings by canoe, paddleboard or bicycle.

The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

Listen to the birds chirping while you enjoy your morning coffee, laze in the hammock under the old chestnut tree, walk along the Mohás Spring on the Óház Lookout trail, and to round it off, pop into one of the nearby wineries or simply gaze at the starry sky from the garden. The main heating source for the house is a tiled stove, which we recommend primarily for those who enjoy using wood for heating.

Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.
