Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

The farmhouse with seminar and event room, also suitable for celebrations, JGA, weddings, concerts, etc. The location near the city of Eggenfelden can also be used after 10 pm. The historic mill is right on the river, where you can also swim. In the old farmhouse you can live traditionally. The large garden invites you to grill and make a fire. Fishing is possible with day ticket. In the cold season, a barrel sauna can also be organized.
