Such an incredible stay, perfect way to celebrate our engagement! We absolutely loved the fire place watching the sunsets and enjoying the beautiful views. We loved our stay so much that we decided to extend for another night! We truly didn’t want to leave such a cosy and perfect little place. Can’t thank Emilie enough for her amazing hospitality, especially in making us feel special in celebrating our engagement. Her communication was fantastic and we will definitely be staying again!

We had a fantastic time staying here. All the bedrooms were a great size and the open plan dining and lounge area was huge. The place was spotless and had a good range of kitchenware. The highlight for our daughters was Indy (super friendly dog) coming over to say hello and the sight of the merino sheep running across the field to get some snacks.

This location is beautiful and Kerryn was very accommodating and communicative. The guest house is absolutely beautiful and everything was very clean. I do feel it’s worth mentioning that the bedroom and the main living area are separated so you have to walk outside when you want to go to each room. I also did not realize that the primary residence is right next to the guest house.

Photos don’t do the view justice. Jeremy was a great host. This is a cabin type experience. We stayed in the winter and used the cottage as a home base for skiing and other activities which was great. Quick ride over to Arrowtown and Queenstown but far away enough to feel private and peaceful. Some important points regarding previous reviews I read about the place being “cold”…the ground floor is all slate stone…as Jeremy recommended, just bring some sandals or slippers to wear around. There is a large heat pump, a lovely pot belly stove, and space heaters and all the beds have blanket heaters which we actually didn’t use because they were too hot…so it’s easy to stay warm and the view and coziness are well worth it, but if you’re expecting a thermostat in a hotel room that you set and leave…this wouldn’t be the place for you. We loved our stay and the host was very responsive.

High-end lovely home with Hot tub and lock-up garage. Tastefully presented, neat and tidy. We were a family of 4 adults, this home was perfect, well located warm and cozy. we would stay here again in future if available. Recommend this property to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the heart of Wanaka.

Thanks for having us to stay, it was perfect for four couples. The kitchen was well equipped with a good microwave, dishwasher etc. Lovely and warm gas fire, once we held down the buttons long enough🤣 As it was a cloudy and wet Easter we appreciated that. great communication with our host.

Fantastic home to stay - modern and perfect for our family . Loved being able to sit outside and walk / run to the lake . We used the community pool and gym which was a real added bonus . Beautiful immaculate Loft barn apartment with views of the countryside out to the lake. Loved staying here as peaceful and so relaxing sitting with wood fireplace each evening. Lovely well appointed kitchen too. Favourite accommodation thus far in all NZ travels and wished it was a longer stay. Will definitely try to return and stay again. Highly recommend. Lucie is a great host who was friendly and responsive.

Victoria’s place was just exactly what we needed for a family of 4 adults. We arrived later at night and Victoria was being thoughtful to turned the heat on for us and left the door unlocked for us so that we could just have an easy access to the house after a long drive. The place was very spacious, cozy and situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Cardrona Village villas (next to the Cardrona Hotel) are the best place to stay if you are doing days up on Cardrona (for either mountainbiking or skiing). Long days up on the mountain are followed up perfectly with long evenings in the pool and spa. Great location and lovely setting.
