The cozy house is located in the picturesque village of Konice about 5 km from the town of Znojmo and on the very border of the national park Podyjí. Directly above the house rises the beautiful church of St. James, which is the dominant of the village and can be seen from the wide surroundings. The village also passes through the most popular bike paths through the vineyards and pristine nature of Podyjí. There are many wine cellars nearby. The house is fully furnished. It has a closed yard, a covered outdoor seating area, and a beautiful stylish bedroom with a historic beamed ceiling.

It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
