Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Havel

Nina's apartment is very unique. A beautiful apartment by staircase in an old building with a quiet interior garden. With plenty of natural light, it has a high ceiling, spacious rooms and is larger than it looked in the photos, a beautiful wooden floor, very elegantly furnished and the walls are full of photos and art that give a special atmosphere, with a cozy living room and the small balcony that invite you to relax. Comfortable bed and well-equipped bathroom with a very good shower. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need, such as an espresso machine to enjoy a cup of coffee and much more. Excellent location, nice neighborhood, the area is very quiet and lively and its inspiring architecture, there are good restaurants nearby. Nearby public transport makes it easy to explore Berlin. Communication with Nina was perfect, she was kind and attentive.

Lovely stay in a great location in Pankow. Great coffee too - just upgrade your machine so the baristas can work their magic even more 😉

The location was very close to public transportation that we used frequently, which was great. The home fit two guests comfortably. The hosts made the space warm for us with some drinks and small treats made available on our check-in. The hosts equipped the space with some additional useful items for us as well, such as a transit pass for one rider and umbrellas (it rained while we were in Berlin). Hosts were accommodating and helpful.

First of all, the location of the accommodation is really good. You have to walk about 10-15 minutes from the subway station, but every walk has a unique Berlin sensibility, many vintage shops, and grocery stores, so I was able to come and go this road without getting bored. We had to move with a big backpack and luggage, but we were able to get there without much inconvenience, and the check-in time was very flexible, so it was no problem even if we were arriving late. I think it is very suitable for us because we wanted a place with a lot of sensitivity for four people staying in Berlin at a reasonable price and for a meal or two. (Of course, two people had to expand the couch to sleep, but the bedding was very clean and already prepared with a bed sofa, so I was able to sleep comfortably.) There was a problem with the use of hot water due to late check-in, but the host was quick to give us feedback and provide solutions to the problem, so we were able to be aware of this and coordinate. Thank you for being so welcoming and responsible! There are many Berlin-inspired wine bars nearby, and you can shop in the center of Mitte just a short walk away, making it suitable for tourists! Two people from Frankfurt, two traveled a long way from Korea, and I was able to make good memories < 3

I spent a week of remote work there. Off-season stay was truly refreshing. The lake is beautiful, all you need is just minutes driving or even just walking. The house is tiny (indeed) equipped efficiently, the bed is comfy… Helmut is defo a top notch host; responsive, solving problems proactively… and has a weakens for Argentina and the most influential woman of its history… Evita

It was a dream to celebrate my birthday with the family in this beautiful house in this wonderful environment. There was nothing missing and we felt completely comfortable. I celebrated my birthday with my group of friends in the old village school and we had a really nice weekend! The property is very spacious and cozy. We loved cooking together in the open shared kitchen and matched the 15th without any problems at the large table. The beds were cozy and the room layout pleasant. Our highlight in the house was definitely the pool table! We played many matches here, which provided a lot of fun and variety. Thanks to the good music system, we were able to hang up a little one evening and last made a movie night via the projector. The quiet surroundings invite you to take long walks even in winter. Martin is a totally friendly and accommodating host who checked in between to make sure everything was going well. This made the stay very pleasant because we knew we could always reach out if anything comes up. Thank you to come back!

We had a great time staying at Samir's place, especially with kids it's a perfect house! There is a lot of space, everything you need is available and there are also toys. The arrangements with Samir were very friendly, quick and straightforward. We'll be back if we can ;) Definitely recommend!

We had a lovely Easter weekend at Norman's with good friends. The sauna and garden are really great and the housekeeper or neighbor Micha with his farm shop and his animals are a highlight in themselves. However, we were very happy that no one booked the house next to it — that would have been a bit intimate for us to share the sauna. So it's best to book both houses right away — or have no problem with sauna and garden division.

Super uncomplicated stay in a beautiful atmosphere. Football pitch and hall were available, barbecuing was also possible. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay with four generations and were all absolutely delighted! The house is very cozy and exactly as described – a real home away from home. Especially for children it is a true paradise, with lots of great toys. We all had fun with the Kapla stones – young and old! The location was perfect for our family celebration right around the corner and made our stay even better. The kitchen is well equipped, and the garden invites you to linger – in nice weather we even turned on the barbecue. The warm communication with Stefan and his family made us feel really welcome. It was nice to experience how this host lives the original Airbnb idea: vacationing where others are at home. We will be happy to come back and can highly recommend the accommodation!

The communication with the hostess was friendly and informative. We felt that she really cared about us as guests. We really felt like home during our stay there.

Our stay was great, the area seems safe and has a lot of restaurants around, it's very close to a riverside where you can go on nice walks. One slight issue we've had, which isn't particularly Tim's or apartment's fault was that neighbors were sometimes noisy, but that's about the only complaint we could have. Overall it was great, would definitely recommend the place.

We had a great extended weekend. Daniel's Airbnb was beautiful and we felt right at home. It was super clean and there was everything you need to cook in the kitchen. Everything was as described in the ad and the surroundings were beautiful. A great lake for swimming and SUP. We will definitely be back.

The flat is spacious, clean and a very organised modern flat located in a quiet block. Everything we needed was available in the flat and access was very straightforward. The location is fantastic, we usually chose the longer walk to Treptower Station through the park as it is a nice diverse walk near the river. Treptower is close to the city by S-bahn and the S41/42 ring line which was ideal. Parking was directly across the road which was very helpful. There are 2 shops, an Italian restaurant(which I would recommend) and a pharmacy nearby. Janina is a great communicator and the instructions were very clear and thank you for being so flexible. We are regular users of self catering accommodation and this is the best accommodation we have stayed at in the last 5 years. Unfortunately, because Berlin is so amazing we didn't spend as much time as we would have liked in the flat but when we return we will happily stay again if available. Janina & Niall, thank you for sharing your home.

We loved staying here! The apartment is beautiful and Rachel and Edoardo shared great local tips. We were centrally located still feeling residential. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay in Schwerin was very nice! Highly recommended! The place was quiet, clean and perfectly (!!) located. Everything is within walking distance without problems - city, castle, lake. The apartment had everything in the inventory that was needed. With the free bikes available, we took a nice ride around the lake. Restaurant tips on my part: Café Prag - very delicious cake selection and the Italian Mariella's Pizzeria & Ristorante. Clear recommendations :) Schwerin is definitely worth seeing! would definitely recommend especially if you are travelling with kids and family. Berlin city center is reachable via S1 or bus plus tram.
