Beachfront holiday rental in Havana

My husband has a great stay. The location was calm and peaceful and close to the coast. The host was helpful and had great communication.

Alain made our stay so easy, he was very quick to respond and very helpful with a couple small set backs we had. He gave us great local recommendations and all in all a super host!

Excellent place and apartments, the owners are extremely nice people and caretakers of all the details and everything you need. Highly recommended for a stay in Havana.

We stayed one night at Eliza’s casa particular with her parents Eduardo & Martha in Cojímar before heading to Playa Larga — our only wish is that we were able to stay longer in Cojímar to enjoy their beautiful casa & gracious hospitality. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and had everything that we needed, and very well located near Cojímar’s Malecón and the Hemingway statue, etc., as well as within a short walk to wonderful restaurants such as Ajiacar. This was our first time in Cojímar, and our hosts were a wonderful source of knowledge about this interesting, off-the-beaten path area. We had the opportunity to chat with Eduardo at length — he is honestly one of the most interesting people we met throughout more than six weeks in Cuba on this trip. Eduardo’s his deep knowledge of the Cojímar community, including countless legends and tales, truly made our brief stay even more enjoyable. We recommend staying with Eliza’s parents Eduardo & Martha’s apartment in Cojímar!

An excellent place to wash. Very safe, close to the pier, and Judith and Calixto always very attentive and helpful...

She provides delicious dinner for an extra fee. Very comfy spacious dwelling. She provided good transfer from the airport. I recommend a splash of repellant in case a sturdy mosquito climbs the hill and enters.

Idenia’s place was wonderful. It was a great place for my family and I to stay and spend time together. Every bedroom had air conditioning which a major plus especially during the summer months. Patricia, her maid, was friendly, responsive, and always willing to lend a helping hand. If we needed anything, we were able to contact her and she helped us (Thank you Idenia and Patricia). The apartment is close to shops, restaurants, and the Malecon. I really loved the location and outside of the construction noise (which I was notified about beforehand) it was great. The noise was only during the workday and week. I loved that the apartment was secure and had elevators especially with a baby and a stroller. If you are wondering where to stay in Havana, Idenia’s place is a wonderful place to rent. I hope when I visit again, it will be available so we can come back. Thank you!!!

Mauro's place was as pictured and the house staff were always available, helpful, and friendly while also respecting your use of the space. The property is as pictured, but is in a more remote province of Havana that is not near the city center and does not have good access to taxis and local food options so you are forced to eat at the property or to pay the pricier prices of the surrounding seaside restaurants on the avenue. Taxis to good restaurants were a bit pricey and resulted in a not very budget friendly stay, although it was a great opportunity to enjoy a relaxing and private seaside oasis.

I can assure you and your family will have the best beach vacation around the area if you decide to rent this beautiful home. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and available at all times. The beach is private and great for the kids. The home is top notch ,rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. We had by the far the best experience anyone visiting Cuba can have while enjoying their family. Power outage was regularly ,note it’s Cuba. but was never an issue due to their powerful generator that would get power back on within minutes. Do yourself a favor and book this home. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again Eloina and staff for allowing us to enjoy your home with our family. Everyone loved it and I guarantee you they will be talking about this experience for years to come.

A highly recommended place! My husband and I stayed for a weekend with our dog and the experience couldn't have been better. Janet is a great host who made us feel at home and made everything easier to make the stay even better. The pool area is incredible and you are also a few meters from the beach. A 10/10, we will definitely be back.

The house was at the height and comfort described and knowing about the deficiencies that this beautiful Pais lives,the communication with Osmany and Eduardo was very good was always attentive to any requirement,I would come back .

Very nice place to stay

The place was a paradise, there was not other place I want it to be for the last week of 2020 and the beginning of the year. The security is fantastic, the view is breathtaking, the sunrise reflects a poem of love. I can not explain how lovely this gorgeous little place were the river and the ocean meet. I can not wait too come back. Also the lady who clean the place is very helpful and a lovely soul.

Very good building, excellent location, close to tourist sites. Mr. Joel is very helpful. Mrs. Gloria is very friendly. Respectful. Spacious, clean, bright apartment, finishes like new. The proximity to good restaurants makes it more attractive. His recommendations are very timely and accurate. Easy access to transportation. Highly recommended!!!

If I were asked to describe my experience at Mayte's house in one word, it would be SPECTACULAR. Mayte and her husband are excellent hosts, very good-hearted and responsible people. I felt very safe in her home. The cleanliness is extreme, she keeps everything very well and thinks of the details to make the life of the visitors very easy... the conditions are perfect, air conditioning, hot water, everything exactly as in the description... the place is very central, surrounded by good restaurants and shops. The location was ideal, offering easy access to both the serene oceanfront for peaceful walks and the vibrant city life of Havana. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. It was equipped with everything I needed for my stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable bedding, making it feel like a home away from home.

I travel to Cuba a lot, and usually for a month at a time. I've stayed at many Airbnb's, but this was the best by far. Location is perfect, you can walk to all of Centro/Vieja Havana in minutes. Being on the top floor, beyond the amazing 360 degree views, you have constant breezes that make the heat bearable even in the mid 90's. One of the few houses that is wise enough to have a fan which changes the whole dynamic for the good when sitting on the massive patio. Additional bonuses...elevator! It's really on the 7th floor, which I have had to do stairs at others. Here, you push a button! One of the biggest advantages is it's on a protected circuit, so while most of Cuba has lots of power outages, even in Havana. This building never loses power...that is GOLD. Last up Dmitriv is a great host. Very responsive and a good man. He stocks the fridge and at prices that are very close to what you can buy on the street. I have stayed at many that gouge you on water/beer ect. Awesome home!

apart from the fact that the apartment has unparalleled views from all over Havana that I know it perfectly in the house. The bed is very well structured, the bed is comfortable and there are no faults of current or cold or hot water and you have its owners always attentive to you whenever you need them they are very nice and there was really a lot of empathy
