Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Hauzenberg

Light, bright and easy to find apartment. Modern furnished. Essential and super useful parking space but poorly placed at the back of the parking lot stuck between a wall and a rail, beware the paint shards when opening the doors... The neighborhood is well served by Bus, and an Edeka is a 5-minute walk away, great! Christoph can be contacted very easily and answers questions quickly and efficiently. At night, the street is very transient and noisy (we came in April 2025, it was nice and hot, and I don't think I can turn or sleep with the windows open in summer...). In the apartment, nothing is missing to be able to live there on a daily basis except a washing machine: it is in the description of the listing but it is not in the apartment, where is it? For us, French who do not practice the same sorting of waste as you in Germany, we found no clear instructions, thank you for making an effort in explaining these ...

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as described. Angelina was very easy to reach and always helped immediately if we had any questions. It couldn't have been better overall!

The house is wonderfully idyllic, located directly on the water. It was very quiet during the day and at night. Apartment very modern, everything very clean, kitchen very well equipped, beds very comfortable, washing machine in the apartment at your disposal.... I can't describe any negative things, our stay was consistently perfect. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great time in the apartment with the Adam family. Very cozy, lovingly furnished and well-equipped apartment. The sauna and whirlpool (€20 per use) are also a great addition. Alois was very friendly, accommodating and we were even able to check in later than advertised. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be.

Gaby’s place is fantastic! Lot’s of room and perfectly fitted with everything you could possibly need. Gaby was always available to help or answer any questions. Will definitely come back!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. For our meeting with a total of 10 people, it was the perfect place in Passau. You can reach the old town of Passau on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes. If it hadn't been so cool, we would certainly have spent a lot more time on the spacious roof terrace, from which you have a wonderful view of the Veste Oberhaus. In the well-equipped kitchen, we especially appreciated the coffee machine and the dishwasher. The two double beds are very comfortable, but all the other beds are quite small for two people - which would be our only minor criticism. Overall, we can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

Absolutely recommended if you want to spend some days in Cesky Krumlov.

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

We had a great stay and can definitely recommend this accommodation. Within cycling/walking distance of the centre of Passau.

Radek’s place was very good, large, clean with all necessary amenities plus Wifi works well. There are few self contained apartments within the large villa located on the hill above the town centre. It is approx 8 minutes drive to get there and a free parking is available at the premises. We have enjoyed staying at Radek’s Villa and would certainly recommend to stay there to anyone preferably with own vehicle.

The host welcomed us super nicely, and showed and explained everything. There is a bun service and the host is always available as he and his wife live next door. The location is quiet and the overall complex with Koikarpfenteich and its own chickens that you can pet is very idyllic. Perfect for families but also for a cozy men's lap.

Quietly located, you can enjoy the great house with sauna and whirlpool and use the time to relax and for the family. Jaroslav answered every question quickly in advance and everything worked out great and was prepared for us as a large family. For the most necessary groceries, there was a supermarket (24/7) in the next town, and due to the proximity to Austria, we found a local butcher and baker with great products. We'd love to come back ... pure relaxation!

We had a wonderful stay in Gmunden. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Martina & Alex were kind, responsive, and paid great attention to detail. Truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Tomas’s place was the perfect apartment to stay in. Tomas has thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and has definitely gone above and beyond. This is the perfect place to stay for a family with an entire kids room with toys and books as well as a Nintendo switch. The sauna was so nice to use. Will stay again. Large, clean and comfortable apartment, as described

We had a great time at Evelyn's. The apartment is super decorated and cozy, we felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and Evelyn a perfect hostess. When we had something to complain about, she immediately took care of it and also did her very best to get the strong smell out of the kitchen that the previous tenants had left behind. She was always super easy to reach, very friendly and thorough. We thank you very much for the wonderful time and are happy to recommend the accommodation!

Cozy studio apartment, nicely decorated and with a well equipped kitchen, at a peaceful place on the edge of the village.

Everything tip top and spacious rooms. Comfortable bed, large kitchen - perfectly equipped. Friendly communication and best description of all devices. Good recommendations for Burghausen! For the elderly a small note: only one but steep staircase with narrow steps and elevated dining table with bar chairs. To the old town a good 30 minutes downhill on foot, to the castle a good 10 minutes.

Very friendly hostess for an excellent place to stay in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. From a great kitchen, to a nice large bathroom, very good beds, plenty of space in all rooms and a beautiful large balcony, this super clean apartment is highly recommended. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.
