Large "west-facing" terrace with impressive views of the lake: a little paradise... Small "east-facing" terrace to enjoy the first rays of the sun. 6 min walk from the 2 beaches and shops. Living room: very bright, bay window on the "lake side", living room with new armchairs, 3 bedrooms with new bedding, 2 shower rooms (1 with a toilet) + 1 separate toilet, super-equipped kitchen, free parking for 2 cars. "It feels so good there, we'll want to stay..." guests regularly tell us ;-)

This apartment (2024) is in a prime location in Savines-le-Lac. There is a beautiful unobstructed view of the lake and the mountains. The apartment is close to the Lac de Serre-Ponçon. The lake is suitable for swimming and many water sports can be practiced. In addition, there are beautiful hiking trails, nice places and attractions in the area. The ski resorts of Reallon and Les Orres are a short distance away. The place and the surroundings give a wonderful holiday feeling!
