It is 17 km from Arsuz centre and 7 km from Iskenderun. On the way from Antakya to Arsuz, you can go home from opposite Işıl Sitesi. There are 3 double bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Downstairs, there is 1 living room, an entrance hall, a closed kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet. There are a total of 3 air conditioners in the house. There are 2 smart cameras outdoors. There is a secure car park with an entrance into the garden. There are no dues. It has a separate entrance. There is clean asphalt in front of the house. Approximately 200 metres ahead, there is a connection to the İskenderun Arsuz road. Yalı Beach Club Hotel has a private entrance to the beach. Thanks to the nearby meat restaurants and bakeries, food is delivered to homes. Lahmacun, tray kebabs and fried chicken on a tray are delivered to your home.
