Villa Rüya - Beautiful Holiday Home in Arsuz

Villa Rüya is located only 10 mins walk to the private beach and 4 km away from all bars and restaurants in Arsuz. The villa is fully furnished and comprises three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large open plan lounge with a separate dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. We renovated the villa in 2025. The villa offers relaxing and enjoyable holiday for families. Please note that the villa is located in a quiet residential complex therefore it is not suitable for any parties.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. My house has 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. I use one of the bedrooms as a living room, and the other bedroom is for me. The guest will sleep on the sofa, which is a sofa bed. You can easily use the other items in the house except for my room. Everything is available in the kitchen. You can use it as you wish.
