Our lovingly renovated and very well equipped 2-room apartment on the ground floor of the old paper mill of 1539 offers coziness and comfort. It is about 57 square metres in size and very comfortable for two, but the couch in the living room can be converted into a comfortable queen-size double bed for two more people. There is also a yoga and exercise room (approx. 30 sqm) available for shared use, which is ideal for yoga, meditation and punching bag training. Use at your own risk; parents are liable for their children.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). Im Sommer mit Hängematte und Außenpool, im Winter mit Innenpool und Saunen. Ein Fitnesscenter gibt es auch im Haus. Alles inklusive.

It's the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the batwish, wild garden and rock slopes are in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is located right outside the gates of the Bavarian Forest in a quiet location overlooking the beautiful nature. The short way to the surrounding adventure parks such as the Edelwies, d'Rodelbahn St. Englmar as well as the TV-known Waldwipfelweg is just beautiful. Directly from the house you can reach various bike and hiking trails as well as the beautiful Perlbachtal with its Kneipp pools and many opportunities to explore nature.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in an absolutely idyllic location. Enjoy the unique view at 800 m altitude into the Bavarian Forest and the Gäuboden. You can set off on beautiful hikes directly from the property. Particularly recommended are the Hirschenstein (with lookout tower, at 1052 m) and the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.

On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

This small idyllic gem is located on the adjacent Bavarian Forest. Quietly located, it is fabulous for relaxation, but is also the perfect starting point for hiking, Nordic walking and mountain bike tours. A beautiful terrace with sunbathing lawn allows you to end your eventful day with a glass of wine in a romantic atmosphere.
