Great terrace right over the water's edge, and from the living room on the 2nd floor there is a separate balcony.

Go outside and enjoy the view from the sea side patio, complete with furniture and a campfire pan. It´s a 3 minute walk to our small city center with grocery stores, sports shop, a liquor store, pharmacy, hair dressers and a gas station.
