The lake house has 2 floors, with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and entrance. Private laundry room with access to washing machine. Great terrace right over the water's edge, and from the living room on the 2nd floor there is a separate balcony.

Welcome to our spacious town house. Here it is high ceilings, bright and cozy. The house is located on a quiet street 5 minutes walk to the center. Everything the city has to offer is just minutes away. The university (UiT Harstad) and the theatre (Harstad Kulturhus) can be reached in minutes. If needed, we can book a parking space right outside the house for 30 NOK/day (180 NOK/week). By the way, there are great hiking opportunities from Folkeparken which are also within walking distance.

Badet et innredet med Cinderella forbrenningstoalett og Cinderella urinal, dusjkabinett og servant . Det er åpen stue/kjøkkenløsning og på stuen er det TV. Har internett. Although the waterfront house is peaceful, it is a short drive to the grocery store and everything you need. Here you get both nature and comfort.
